基于CMMI-DEV三级的中小软件企业项目管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：软件经过数十年的蓬勃发展,广泛应用于各个行业,不仅促进社会进步和经济发展,而且使人类的工作效率和生活质量得到很大提升。但是伴随软件需求的快速变化和IT技术的日新月异,软件质量问题已经越来越突出,迫切需要软件项目管理理论和实践方法指导和规范软件研发过程。CMMI-DEV(即CMMI for Development,软件能力成熟度集成模型)作为国际上软件过程评估和改进的一项重要标准规范,能够帮助软件企业对过程进行管理和改进,提升软件研发能力和组织的管理水平。但是,CMMI-DEV在中小软件企业的实施和推广还是暴露出诸多问题,例如标准规范落地难,企业为评级而将CMMI-DEV仅仅作为制度规范,实际应用的还是原有项目管理体系;由于中小软件企业实际经营环境变化较频繁,CMMI-DEV不能够持续指导中小软件企业开展改进活动等。本课题就是围绕着如何在将CMMI-DEV模型在国内的中小型企业落地实施和可持续指导项目管理活动,以“天津市普迅电力信息技术有限公司”为例,将CMMI-DEV模型和项目管理体系建设相融合,构建基于CMMI-DEV三级的中小软件企业项目管理系统。本课题首先调研该公司的项目管理现状;然后以CMMI-DEV三级为基础,结合国内项目管理经验总结成果,梳理项目管理全因素,重点考虑合同的作用与限制、项目群管理、子项目管理等实际问题,提出该公司基于CMMI-DEV三级的项目管理体系;最后通过定制开发项目管理系统,使该管理体系得以落地和成功实施。本课题融合中小软件企业项目管理和CMMI模型,不仅显著提升了该公司的项目管理水平,示范性实践CMMI3级软件企业项目管理信息化建设进程,而且所包含的研究思想和建设内容可以给中小软件企业项目管理和信息化建设的发展提供深刻的启示和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:After decades of vigorous development, software is widely used in various industries, not only to promote social progress and economic development, but also to greatly improve the efficiency of human work and quality of life. However, with the rapid change of software requirements and the rapid change of IT technology, the problem of software quality has become more and more prominent, and the software project management theory and practice methods are urgently needed to guide and standardize the software development process. CMMI-DEV (that is, CMMI for Development,) As an important international standard for software process evaluation and improvement, the Software capability maturity Integration Model (CMI) can help software enterprises manage and improve the process and improve the ability of software development and management of the organization. However, the implementation and promotion of CMMI-DEV in small and medium-sized software enterprises still exposed a lot of problems, such as the difficulty of standard and specification landing, the enterprises only regard CMMI-DEV as the system standard for rating, the actual application is the original project management system; Because the actual operating environment of small and medium-sized software enterprises changes frequently, CMMI-DEV can not continuously guide small and medium-sized software enterprises to carry out improvement activities. This topic revolves around how to implement the CMMI-DEV model in the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises and how to guide the project management activities sustainably, taking "Tianjin Puxun Electric Power Information Technology Co., Ltd." as an example. The CMMI-DEV model and the project management system are combined to construct the project management system of small and medium-sized software enterprises based on CMMI-DEV. This topic first investigates the project management status of the company; Then on the basis of CMMI-DEV three levels, combined with domestic project management experience summary results, combing all factors of project management, focusing on the role and limitations of the contract, project group management, sub-project management and other practical issues, The project management system based on CMMI-DEV is put forward. Finally, through the customized development of project management system, the management system can be landed and successfully implemented. The project management and CMMI model of small and medium-sized software enterprises are integrated in this paper, which not only improves the project management level of the company, but also demonstrates the process of project management information construction in CMMI3 software enterprises. Moreover, the research ideas and construction contents can provide profound inspiration and reference for the development of project management and information construction in small and medium-sized software enterprises.
