工程项目绩效评价方法与实证研究:文献综述及研究展望

摘要
建筑业是国民经济的支柱产业之一,评价建筑业的效率具有重要意义.建筑业绩效评价从只重视财务指标,发展到各类绩效考核综合评价体系.这些绩效评价方式因为简单易行而在实践中得到广泛运用,但缺点是依赖于可比数据才能得到评价结论,并非“真实”效率情况.为得到真实效率状况还可以对建筑企业和工程项目资源配置效率和技术效率进行评价.通过全面总结各类工程项目绩效评价方法,有助于实践中改进评价方法,推动相关研究的进一步深入.
