Y公司基于云计算平台的软件项目进度管理

【摘要】:随着“云计算”概念的提出,越来越多的企业开始关注和重视基于云计算平台的软件项目的实施和应用。与传统的软件项目相比,基于云平台的软件项目开发周期短,不受硬件环境约束,无须事先设计硬件架构也无需进行硬件维护,系统安全且健壮性强。但是云平台软件项目特别重视用户满意度和体验度。目前云平台软件项目较少面临开发上的技术问题,而较多的是缺乏科学地管理。云计算平台软件项目的实施方往往不能很好的制定项目工期计划,以及控制时间进度,从而导致项目面临较高的按时交付风险。如何将项目进度管理理论和方法应用到云平台软件项目中,使其能按时向客户交付,是云平台软件项目管理人员亟待解决的问题。 本文以项目进度管理的理论为基础,结合软件项目,尤其是基于云计算平台软件项目的特点,围绕Y公司具体的CCPCRMS项目进行案例研究。通过对该项目进行活动分解,活动排序,工期估算,工期计划制定与进度控制等各个过程进行研究剖析,将科学的进度管理方法运用到软件项目的实施过程中,为CCPCRMS项目提供合理的理论依据和有效的决策参考。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the concept of cloud computing, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the implementation and application of software projects based on cloud computing platform. Compared with traditional software projects, cloud-based software projects have shorter development cycle, are not restricted by hardware environment, do not need to design hardware architecture in advance and do not need hardware maintenance, so the system is safe and robust. But cloud platform software projects pay special attention to user satisfaction and experience. At present, there are few technical problems in the development of cloud platform software projects, and most of them are lack of scientific management. The implementers of cloud computing platform software projects often fail to make project schedule and control time schedule, which leads to high risk of project delivery on time. How to apply the theory and method of project schedule management to cloud platform software project so that it can be delivered to customers on time is an urgent problem to be solved by cloud platform software project managers. Based on the theory of project schedule management and the characteristics of software projects, especially based on cloud computing platform, this paper makes a case study on the specific CCPCRMS project of Y Company. Through the research and analysis of the various processes of the project, such as activity decomposition, activity sequencing, time limit estimation, time plan formulation and schedule control, the scientific schedule management method is applied to the implementation of the software project. To provide reasonable theoretical basis and effective decision-making reference for CCPCRMS project.
