市政排水管网设计项目的质量管理研究

【摘要】:随着城市的不断扩张和基础设施建设的迅猛发展,越来越多的市政工程开工建设。市政工程与人民生活息息相关。工程设计的质量,不仅关系到最终的工程效果,也关乎人民群众的利益,是设计院在激烈的市场竞争中生存的根本。因此,搞好市政设计的质量管理具有重要的经济意义和社会意义。本文详细介绍了G设计院的质量管理体系,并结合H项目,详细分析了在市政排水管网设计中质量管理的过程,具体包括策划阶段、输入阶段、输出阶段和验证过程的管理。通过分析,总结了H项目中质量管理方面存在的问题,如设计过程缺乏量化的质量管理目标,缺乏对设计各环节的全过程质量控制、质量管理措施落实不到位、组织结构不利于提高质量、项目组成员职能范围不明晰、缺乏与业主、行业专家的沟通协调能力和设计手段落后等。然后运用项目管理的理论和方法,通过PDPC法,品管圈等工具,对H项目类似的市政排水管网设计项目的质量管理提出了有针对性的改进措施,包括制定设计的质量管理目标,加强设计过程的质量管理和监督,优化设计小组的组织架构,明确设计成员的职责范围,使用先进的设计手段等。希望通过本文的研究,对今后市政排水管网设计项目的质量管理提供有益的参考,提高类似项目的质量管理水平。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the city and the rapid development of infrastructure construction, more and more municipal projects begin construction. Municipal works are closely related to people's lives. The quality of engineering design is not only related to the final engineering effect, but also to the interests of the people. It is the foundation of the survival of the design institute in the fierce market competition. Therefore, it is of great economic and social significance to do a good job in the quality management of municipal design. In this paper, the quality management system of G design institute is introduced in detail, and the process of quality management in municipal drainage pipe network design is analyzed in detail, including planning stage, input stage, output stage and verification process. Through the analysis, the existing problems of quality management in H project are summarized, such as the lack of quantitative quality management objectives in the design process, the lack of quality control in the whole process of design, and the inadequate implementation of quality management measures. The organizational structure is not conducive to the improvement of quality, the functional scope of the project team members is not clear, lack of communication and coordination with the owners, industry experts and design methods are backward. Then using the theory and method of project management, by means of PDPC method, product control circle and other tools, this paper puts forward some targeted measures to improve the quality management of similar municipal drainage pipe network design projects in H project, including the formulation of the quality management objectives of the design. Strengthen the quality management and supervision of the design process, optimize the organizational structure of the design team, clarify the scope of responsibility of the design members, use advanced design methods, and so on. It is hoped that this paper can provide a useful reference for the quality management of municipal drainage network design projects in the future, and improve the quality management level of similar projects.
