工程机械制造企业资产管理系统(EAM)的开发与实现

【摘要】:随着我国工程机械制造行业的快速发展,企业生产规模的不断壮大,生产设备种类和数量日益增多。据统计,80%以上的工程机械制造企业,其生产设备占固定资产总价值的60%以上。而且随着科技的不断进步,生产设备的功能更加多样化,其性能及工作状态对企业生产效率产生极大的影响。因此,设备资产管理水平的高低,将直接影响到企业的成本控制和经济效益。EAM (Enterprise Asset Management,企业资产管理)是近年来新兴的企业资源信息化管理理念。它以企业资产管理为核心,以资产的日常运维事务为主线,依托信息化流程管控,致力于提高企业资产管理水平。本文以山推工程机械股份有限公司(以下简称山推)设备资源管理信息化为背景,严格按照软件开发流程对系统进行分析、设计和实施。首先介绍EAM系统的研究背景和意义,分析目前国内外的研究现状,并对EAM系统的相关理论及开发技术进行详细的阐述。然后,以EAM系统的基础知识为理论指导,根据山推设备管理现状,进行深入的需求调研分析,确定公司生产设备管理的业务流程。明确山推EAM系统需求后,项目组进行系统详细的设计、开发、调试、上线运行等工作。山推EAM系统由项目管理、资产管理、计量管理、物资备件、维护维修、故障管理、合同管理、设备费率、运行管理九个功能模块和分析报表、系统管理、预警信息三个辅助模块组成。各模块内部包含的子模块,用于实现具体的功能。该系统的正式运行,不仅实现了公司内各事业部及子公司的设备资源信息共享,而且还有效的提高了设备的运行可靠性,延长了设备使用寿命,减少了停机时间,降低了备件库存量及维修成本,提高了公司的经济效益,增强了在工程机械制造行业的竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of construction machinery manufacturing industry in China, the production scale of enterprises is growing, and the types and quantities of production equipment are increasing day by day. According to statistics, more than 80% of construction machinery manufacturing enterprises, their production equipment accounts for more than 60% of the total value of fixed assets. With the continuous progress of science and technology, the functions of production equipment are more diversified, and its performance and working state have a great impact on the production efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, the level of equipment asset management will directly affect the cost control and economic benefits of enterprises. EAM (Enterprise Asset Management, enterprise asset management) is a new concept of enterprise resource information management in recent years. It takes enterprise asset management as the core, takes the daily operation and maintenance affairs of assets as the main line, relies on information process control, and devotes itself to improving the level of enterprise asset management. In this paper, based on the informatization of equipment resource management in Shanzhi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., the system is analyzed, designed and implemented in strict accordance with the software development process. Firstly, the research background and significance of EAM system are introduced, the current research status at home and abroad is analyzed, and the related theory and development technology of EAM system are described in detail. Then, under the guidance of the basic knowledge of EAM system, according to the present situation of Shantui equipment management, the in-depth demand investigation and analysis are carried out to determine the business process of production equipment management. After defining the requirements of Shantui EAM system, the project team carries on the system detailed design, development, debugging, online operation and so on. Shantui EAM system consists of nine functional modules and analysis reports, including project management, asset management, measurement management, material spare parts, maintenance and maintenance, fault management, contract management, equipment rate, operation management, and system management. The three auxiliary modules of early warning information are composed of three auxiliary modules. Each module contains a sub-module, used to achieve specific functions. The formal operation of the system not only realizes the sharing of equipment resources information among the business departments and subsidiaries in the company, but also effectively improves the operation reliability of the equipment, prolongs the service life of the equipment and reduces the downtime. It reduces the spare parts inventory and maintenance cost, improves the economic benefit of the company, and enhances the competitiveness in the construction machinery manufacturing industry.
