恐怖主义下的恐惧对员工紧张的影响研究

  恐怖主义是当今社会无法避免和预测的现象。组织可以给员工提供先进的设施和优越的工作环境,但是无法避免恐怖活动给员工带来的恐惧的影响。最近震惊全球的恐怖主义事件,如2014年巴基斯坦白沙瓦公立学校袭击,2015年法国巴黎恐怖袭击、2017年英国伦敦曼彻斯特竞技场恐怖袭击以及2019年新西兰基督城清真寺恐怖袭击等事件仅是恐怖活动的冰山一角。从这些事例可以看出,恐怖主义事件并不仅仅发生在常见的人群聚集区,而是可以发生在任何地方,这就会使人们极度紧张和恐惧。人们长期生活和工作在恐怖主义事件频发地区会感到非常恐惧,他们需要在职场中处理不断加剧的恐怖主义带来的紧张和恐惧。全球日益猖獗的恐怖主义袭击事件严重恶化了人们的生活质量和心理幸福感。然而,当前对于恐怖主义现象的研究亟待完善。本文从恐怖主义对员工幸福感的负面影响视角,探讨恐惧、压力、倦怠、心理幸福感、缺勤和情绪智力的影响关系。研究目的有以下三个方面:1)探索恐怖主义下恐惧对员工倦怠、心理幸福感和缺勤的直接影响;2)分析恐怖主义导致的压力在恐惧与员工倦怠、心理幸福感和缺勤关系之间的间接作用;3)检验员工情绪智力对恐惧、倦怠、缺勤和心理幸福感之间关系...
