稻谷生产对柬埔寨农村家庭支出的影响

水稻生产在柬埔寨农村家庭面临许多问题,包括缺乏灌溉基础设施、缺乏资金、技术含量低、市场价格低、缺乏新品种、农业土地占有率低以及许多其他社会因素。因此,本研究主要针对以下四个方面:(1)使用扩展线性支出(ELES)模型探索农民家庭的生活支出,(2)使用“近乎理想的需求系统(AIDS)”分析柬埔寨农村地区的家庭食品消费模型;(3)使用Cobb-Douglas生产和成本生产函数确定影响水稻生产的因素;(4)确定生产的制约因素和挑战,以增加水稻产量和家庭收入。本研究中分析的数据是通过对柬埔寨三个省份进行的农户家庭调查获得的。通过随机抽样,随机选择了240个农户。数据收集涵盖了农村农民的多个方面,包括家庭条件、农业收入、日常支出、稻米生产投入和农业技术信息。在收集数据之前,先联系地方当局(地区、乡镇和村庄的负责人),然后与农户和利益相关方进行面对面的访谈。结果表明,农民的家庭生活支出(如食品、卫生、教育、衣服、住房、交通、燃料和设备)在1%的水平上显著。当价格上涨1%时,食品、卫生、教育、衣服、住房、交通、燃料和设备的价格分别上涨0.058%、0.013%、0.018%、0.012%、0.019...
