云制造的资源服务应用模式研究及原型系统开发

【摘要】:云制造是一种面向服务、高效低耗和基于知识的网络化、敏捷化制造新模式。云制造强调各种与产品全生命周期有关的制造资源的服务化应用,通过各种云制造服务的调用来实现海量制造资源的共享。 本文在前人研究基础上,重点针对云制造系统中各种资源及其服务化应用模式进行探索和研究。本文完成的主要工作包括:(1)在制造业务需求及资源制造能力分析的基础上,提出云制造平台可以提供的三类云制造服务:生产加工服务知识技能服务、企业信息化服务;(2)建立了云制造资源信息模型和云制造服务的信息化描述模型,探索了资源的封装方法和服务化应用方法;(3)对云制造平台加盟企业主导的生产加工服务和知识技能服务,研究设计了各类服务的发布、交易、实现等规则和流程;(4)对云制造平台运营方主导的平台加盟企业的信息化服务,研究设计了主要应用软件资源的应用共享模式,提出了基于服务器虚拟化及其应用软件虚拟化的两层虚拟化技术方案;(5)在理论方法的研究基础上,开发完善了云制造平台原型系统的资源服务应用系统。 本文各章节的主要内容概括如下: 第1章是绪论部分,主要介绍研究背景、研究意义,对与云制造相关的研究历史和现状进行了分析,在此基础上介绍本论文的研究思路和研究内容。 第2章从整体上分析云制造资源及云制造服务的特点与概念,并提出云制造资源信息模型和服务的信息化描述模型,最后对云制造资源和服务的关系进行概要的分析。 第3章主要针对由平台加盟企业作为服务主导方的云制造服务的实现流程、方法和技术进行介绍:通过设计基于Web Service的资源管理器,实现生产加工服务和知识技能服务所需制造资源的封装;通过对服务信息化描述模型的扩展和实例化实现服务信息发布;最后对服务的交易和具体实现过程进行了论述。 第4章主要对云制造服务平台运营方主导的企业信息化服务的实现方式和技术进行研究。首先是对企业信息化服务含义和内容进行了详细的介绍;其次对信息化服务所需资源的特点及信息化资源的共享相关理论进行了探讨;最后针对不同的软件资源,结合云计算虚拟化技术设计出了详细的共享实现模式和技术方案。 第5章主要是与云制造资源服务化应用有关的系统开发和系统应用情况的介绍,最后对系统应用实例进行展示。 第6章对全文工作进行总结,同时对可以进一步开展的工作进行初步规划。
[Abstract]:Cloud manufacturing is a new service-oriented, efficient, low-cost and knowledge-based networked, agile manufacturing model. Cloud manufacturing emphasizes the service-oriented application of manufacturing resources related to the whole life cycle of products and realizes the sharing of mass manufacturing resources through the invocation of various cloud manufacturing services. On the basis of previous studies, this paper focuses on the exploration and research of various resources and their service application models in cloud manufacturing systems. The main works of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the analysis of manufacturing business demand and resource manufacturing capability, three kinds of cloud manufacturing services are put forward: production and processing service, knowledge and skill service, enterprise information service; (2) the information model of cloud manufacturing resource and the information description model of cloud manufacturing service are established, and the encapsulation method and service application method of resources are explored. (3) the rules and processes of publishing, transaction and realization of all kinds of services are studied and designed for the production and processing services and knowledge and skill services dominated by enterprises with cloud manufacturing platform. (4) the application sharing mode of the main application software resources is studied and designed for the information service of the platform joining enterprises, which is dominated by the operators of cloud manufacturing platform. A two-tier virtualization scheme based on server virtualization and application software virtualization is proposed. (5) based on the research of theory and method, the resource service application system of cloud manufacturing platform prototype system is developed. The main contents of each chapter are summarized as follows: the first chapter is the introduction part, mainly introduces the research background, research significance, and analyzes the history and current situation of the research related to cloud manufacturing. On this basis, this paper introduces the research ideas and research content. In chapter 2, the characteristics and concepts of cloud manufacturing resources and cloud manufacturing services are analyzed, and the information model of cloud manufacturing resources and the information description model of cloud manufacturing services are proposed. Finally, the relationship between cloud manufacturing resources and services is analyzed briefly. Chapter 3 mainly introduces the implementation process, method and technology of cloud manufacturing service based on Web Service. To realize the encapsulation of manufacturing resources required for production and processing services and knowledge and skills services; By extending and instantiating the service information description model, the service information publishing is realized. Finally, the transaction and the concrete implementation process of the service are discussed. Chapter 4 mainly studies the realization and technology of enterprise information service which is dominated by the operator of cloud manufacturing service platform. Firstly, the meaning and content of enterprise information service are introduced in detail, secondly, the characteristics of information service and the theory of information resource sharing are discussed. Finally, for different software resources, combined with cloud computing virtualization technology to design a detailed shared implementation mode and technical solution. Chapter 5 mainly introduces the system development and system application related to cloud manufacturing resource service application. Finally, the system application example is presented. Chapter 6 summarizes the work of the full text, and makes a preliminary plan for the work that can be carried out further.
