论企业决策过程中秘书的辅助作用

【摘要】：企业决策作为组织管理的中心,正逐步向科学化、规范化方向发展。领导作为一个企业决策者,是领导者工作的核心,然而,企业决策离不开辅助力量。现代管理日趋复杂,各级组织的企业决策者或领导人无论从才干上还是精力上,都无法在企业决策过程中仅凭个人的智慧和努力胜任其责。秘书作为领导的参谋助手,由于具有显著的职位优势、独特的视角优势、明显的层次优势和突出的沟通优势等,在辅助领导企业决策的过程中起着重要的作用。从秘书辅助企业决策的定义引入,重点从秘书辅助企业决策的作用、建议方面进行论述,最后通过借鉴多方专家的观点和查阅大量资料,提出秘书发挥辅助企业决策职能的办法。这些方法可以帮助秘书在新时期更好地发挥自己的职能,进而更好地辅助领导做出更加高效、切实的企业决策。
[Abstract]:As the center of organizational management, enterprise decision-making is gradually developing towards the direction of science and standardization. As an enterprise decision maker, leadership is the core of leader's work, however. Modern management is becoming more and more complex, and enterprise decision-makers or leaders at all levels of the organization can not be separated from the ability or energy. The secretary, as the assistant of the leader, has the obvious position advantage and the unique angle of view advantage because of the remarkable position advantage, because of the remarkable position superiority, the unique angle of view advantage, because of the remarkable position superiority, the unique angle of view advantage. The obvious hierarchical advantage and outstanding communication advantage play an important role in the decision-making process of the leading enterprise. The definition of secretarial assistant enterprise decision is introduced, and the emphasis is from the secretary assistant enterprise decision-making role. Suggestions are discussed, and finally through the use of the views of multiple experts and access to a large number of information. These methods can help the secretary to play his own function better in the new period, and then to assist the leader to make more efficient and practical enterprise decision.
