中国的环境政策分析：2003-2017年

本文旨在透过比较研究的视角,分析中国政府在两个阶段,即2003-2012年与2013-2017年,对于创立新环境政策做出的贡献。中国政府已充分认识到环境污染问题,开始实施新的法律和政策来改善状况。在过去的16年里,在国内和国际层面上,中国对于环境保护和气候变化的态度,已呈现出明显的改观。诸如能源多样化、推广可再生资源、能源节约,以及重组政府机构等措施,已成为中国政府解决环境问题的新手段。
