[Abstract]:My father was once a cadre in a remote and barren village in southern Anhui. My mother, who had not read books for several years, was an ordinary peasant housewife. My family of five lived in a village halfway up the hill. The house was a ancestral house. There are still a few acres of thin farmland at home. My father left the field after business and my mother went to the forest farm to work at home. My parents' toil and hardships were almost the same as those of my neighbors. When I was a child, I had an early sense of a fact. How poor our family is.
