弹力网状绷带在外周静脉留置针固定的临床应用效果及护理质量分析

【摘要】：目的:分析弹力网状绷带在外周静脉留置针固定的临床应用效果、并发症及护理质量。方法:选取2015年5月至2016年5月于我院接受医治的106例外周静脉留置针患者临床资料,依据固定方式的不同,分设为试验组(53例)与对照组(53例),对照组行微孔胶布粘贴固定,试验组行弹力网状绷带固定并予以护理干预,比对两组静脉针留置情况、静脉炎发生情况以及并发症情况。结果:试验组静脉针留置情况显著优于对照组,差异比较具统计学上的意义(P0.05);且试验组静脉炎发生情况少于对照组;试验组皮肤过敏、针头脱落等并发症情况少于对照组,差异比较具统计学上的意义(P0.05)。结论:外周静脉留置针患者行弹力网状绷带固定可延长留置针的留置时间,并减少静脉炎与并发症发生,具有一定临床应用与研究价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical effect, complications and nursing quality of elastic mesh bandage in peripheral vein indwelling needle fixation.Methods: the clinical data of 106 patients with peripheral venous indwelling needle treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected. According to the different fixation methods, the experimental group (53 cases) and the control group (53 cases) and the control group (53 cases) were divided into two groups: the control group (n = 53) and the control group (n = 53).The experimental group was fixed with elastic mesh bandage and nursing intervention. The venous needle indwelling, phlebitis and complications were compared between the two groups.Results: the venous needle indwelling in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the incidence of phlebitis in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the complications of skin allergy and needle shedding in the experimental group were less than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: elastic mesh bandage fixation can prolong the indwelling time and reduce the incidence of phlebitis and complications in patients with peripheral venous indwelling needle. It has certain clinical application and research value.
