老年女性躯干稳定性特征与跌倒风险的研究

【摘要】:目的:检测老年女性躯干稳定性相关特征,探讨其对于老年女性防跌倒的意义。方法:分别对17名有跌倒史和17名对照组老年女性,采用Pro-kin System平衡训练仪测量躯干平衡能力和骨盆控制能力,采用DEXA测量躯干肌肉含量,采用Torso Check测量躯干肌肉力量,同时记录腰椎活动度和进行动态平衡能力测试。运用t检验和pearson相关分析对实验数据进行分析。结果:(1)跌倒组老年女性在闭眼不稳状态下躯干左右摇晃速度和晃动轨迹增加,两组存在显著性差异,骨盆控制测试用时更长;(2)躯干肌肉含量和肌力无显著性差异,但是所有受试者均存在躯干前后、左右肌力明显不对称;(3)躯干肌肉含量、躯干伸肌力量、不稳状态下晃动轨迹面积与起立~行走测试具有低相关性。结论:(1)老年女性躯干晃动增加,尤其是左右晃动增加,骨盆控制能力下降,可能增加跌倒风险;(2)老年女性躯干肌肉含量和躯干力量改善对降低跌倒风险作用不明显;(3)采用坐位不稳状态下测试可以较好地评价老年人群躯干控制能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics of trunk stability in elderly women and its significance in preventing falls. Methods: the balance ability of trunk and pelvic control were measured by Prokin system balance training instrument, the muscle content of trunk was measured by DEXA, and the muscle strength of trunk was measured by Torso check. At the same time, the lumbar motion and dynamic balance ability were recorded. T test and pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze the experimental data. Results (1) in the fall group, the shaking velocity and trajectory of the left and right torso increased under the condition of eye closure instability, and there was a significant difference between the two groups, and there was no significant difference in the muscle content and muscle strength of the trunk between the two groups, and the pelvic control test time was longer than that in the control test (2) the muscle content and muscle strength of the trunk were not significantly different between the two groups. But all the subjects had significant asymmetry of left and right muscle strength before and after torso. The muscle content of trunk, the strength of trunk extensor muscle and the area of wobble track in unstable state had low correlation with standing up and walking test. Conclusion 1) the torso sloshing increased, especially the left and right sloshing increased, and the pelvic control ability decreased. It is possible to increase the risk of falling. 2) the improvement of trunk muscle content and trunk strength in elderly women has no obvious effect on reducing the risk of falling. 3) the ability of trunk control in elderly population can be better evaluated by using the test under the condition of unstable sitting position.
