1例十二指肠瘘患者早期肠内营养耐受性的评估及管理

【摘要】：总结了1例十二指肠瘘患者腹腔开放行负压辅助临时关腹及早期肠内营养治疗耐受性的护理经验。患者由于高位十二指肠瘘造成腹腔感染,及时进行了腹腔开放、负压辅助临时关腹治疗。通过早期肠内营养耐受性评估管理方案的制订、实施和管理,患者营养状况得到明显改善。
[Abstract]:The nursing experience of a patient with duodenal fistula treated with negative pressure temporary closure and early enteral nutrition was summarized. Because of abdominal infection caused by high duodenal fistula, patients were treated with open abdominal cavity and temporary abdominal closure under negative pressure. The nutritional status of patients was significantly improved through the formulation, implementation and management of early enteral nutrition tolerance assessment management program.
