检验科微生物室病原菌检测结果分析

【摘要】:目的调查医院检测微生物室标本检测结果,探讨病原菌耐药性,为临床防治提供依据。方法回顾性分析2014年4月-2015年10月12 280份检验科微生物室标本检测结果资料,分析标本的来源和阳性率,以及病原菌分布与耐药性。结果经临床检验12 280份标本,共分离2 784株病原菌,其中革兰阴性菌2365株占84.9%,革兰阳性菌344株占12.4%;真菌75株占2.7%;革兰阴性菌包括:鲍氏不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌等,对氨苄西林、磺胺甲VA唑/甲氧苄啶等抗菌药物高度耐药,耐药率50%;革兰阳性菌包括:金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、表皮葡萄球菌等,对青霉素G高度耐药,耐药率50%。结论医院病原微生物检出多为革兰阴性菌,且存在对多种抗菌药物的耐药性,应引起临床重视。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the detection results of microorganism samples in hospital and to explore the resistance of pathogenic bacteria to provide evidence for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods from April 2014 to October 2015, the data of 12 280 specimens from laboratory microorganism department were analyzed retrospectively. The origin, positive rate, distribution of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance were analyzed. Results A total of 2 784 pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 12 280 clinical specimens, of which 2365 were Gram-negative bacteria (84.9B), 344 Gram-positive bacteria (12.4cm), 75 fungi (2.7B), and Gram-negative bacteria (Acinetobacter baumannii, Escherichia coli), and Gram-negative bacteria including Acinetobacter baumannii (Acinetobacter baumannii) and Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli). Pseudomonas aeruginosa and so on, highly resistant to ampicillin, sulfamethazol / trimethoprim and other antimicrobial agents, with a resistance rate of 50. Gram-positive bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and highly resistant to penicillin G. The drug resistance rate is 50%. Conclusion Gram-negative bacteria were found in pathogenic microorganisms in hospital, and drug resistance to many antimicrobial agents should be paid more attention to.
