老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的健康教育需求现状

【摘要】：目的调查老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的健康教育需求现状。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对上海市闵行区江川、颛桥、马桥社区的258例老年COPD患者进行问卷调查。结果 (1)疾病知识:22.6%的老年COPD患者需要了解疾病预后及对健康的影响;(2)用药知识:59.6%的老年COPD患者需要了解更多关于自身用药方面的知识;(3)自我管理:40.8%的老年COPD患者需要了解何时需要到医院进行治疗;(4)体育锻炼:57%的老年COPD患者需要了解体育锻炼方面的知识;(5)饮食:56.6%的老年COPD患者需要了解如何安排自己的饮食;(6)戒烟:极少数老年COPD患者对戒烟的方法有需求;(7)不同性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、居住方式、医疗费用支付方式的老年COPD患者在健康教育需求方面有差异。结论老年COPD患者对健康教育的需求有差异,为未来开展老年COPD患者的健康教育,奠定了一定的理论依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the demand for health education in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 258 elderly COPD patients in Jiangchuan, Zhuanqiao and Maqiao communities in Minhang District, Shanghai. Results (1) 22. 6% of the elderly patients with COPD need to understand the prognosis of the disease and its effect on health; (2) 59.6% of the elderly patients with COPD need to know more about their own medication knowledge; (3) 40.8% of the elderly patients with COPD have self-management. (4) physical exercise: 57% of elderly COPD patients need to know about physical exercise; (5) diet: 56.6% of elderly patients with COPD need to know how to arrange their diet; (6) quit smoking: very few. The number of elderly patients with COPD has a need for smoking cessation methods; (7) different gender, Elderly COPD patients with education, marital status, way of living, and payment of medical expenses have different health education needs. Conclusion the demand for health education in elderly patients with COPD is different, which provides a theoretical basis for the future development of health education for elderly patients with COPD.
