镜像疗法结合感觉再教育训练对足趾移植再造拇指术后复合感觉的效果

【摘要】：目的观察镜像疗法结合感觉再教育训练对第二足趾再造拇指术后感觉功能恢复的疗效。方法 2011年1月~2014年1月行第二足趾移植再造拇指术后患者40例分为对照组(n=20)和训练组(n=20)。两组均接受常规护理和康复训练,训练组增加镜像疗法和感觉再教育训练。术后随访6~18个月,平均9.3个月,测量移植趾腹两点辨别觉(2-PD)。结果训练组移植趾腹2-PD为(7.15±1.15)mm,显著低于对照组(10.23±2.23)mm(t=5.4898,P0.001)。结论镜像疗法结合感觉再教育训练可有效地改善移植足趾再造手指指腹感觉功能。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the effect of mirror therapy combined with sensory reeducation training on the recovery of sensory function after thumb reconstruction with second toe.Methods Forty cases of thumb reconstruction with second toe transplantation from January 2011 to January 2014 were divided into control group (n=20) and training group (n=20). Results The 2-PD of the transplanted toe-pulp in the training group was (7.15 +1.15) mm, significantly lower than that in the control group (10.23 +2.23) mm (t = 5.4898, P 0.001).
