高血压脑出血术后早期康复训练介入的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的探讨早期康复训练对高血压脑出血术后患者偏瘫肢体功能恢复和日常生活活动(ADL)能力的影响。方法选择2012年7月至2013年6月收住入院的高血压脑出血术后患者30例作为对照组,将2013年7月至2014年6月收住入院的高血压脑出血术后患者30例作为观察组。对照组予以常规治疗和护理,观察组除常规治疗和护理外,待病情稳定即开始早期的康复训练;3周后,比较两组肢体运动功能(Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表)和ADL能力(Barthel指数)情况。结果观察组肢体运动功能评分和日常生活活动能力明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论早期康复训练能提高患者的偏瘫肢体运动能力,进一步改善高血压脑出血术后患者日常生活活动能力,为脑出血术后早期临床康复的开展提供重要的依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of early rehabilitation training on the recovery of limb function and (ADL) activity of hemiplegic patients after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage). Methods Thirty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage received admission from July 2012 to June 2013 were selected as control group and 30 patients received admission from July 2013 to June 2014 as observation group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing, and the observation group, except routine treatment and nursing, began early rehabilitation training when the condition was stable. After 3 weeks, limb motor function (Fugl-Meyer motor function scale) and ADL ability (Barthel index) were compared between the two groups. Results the scores of motor function and ADL in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion early rehabilitation training can improve the motor ability of hemiplegic limbs, improve the activities of daily life of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and provide an important basis for the early clinical rehabilitation of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
