腹膜透析患者蛋白质能量消耗的诊断及防治

【摘要】：正蛋白质能量消耗(PEW)在腹膜透析(PD)患者中很常见,且与PD患者生存、预后不良密切相关。对于透析患者,在高胆固醇血症、高血压、肥胖、PEW等诸多危险因素中,PEW是死亡的最强预测因子。对于PD患者PEW的防治一直是我们关注的重点,本文就PEW的诊断、现状、病因及防治做一简述。
[Abstract]:Positive protein energy consumption (PEW) is common in peritoneal dialysis patients with (PD) and is closely related to the survival and poor prognosis of PD patients. For dialysis patients, PEW is the strongest predictor of death among hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, obesity, PEW and many other risk factors. The prevention and treatment of PEW in patients with PD has been the focus of our attention. This article briefly describes the diagnosis, present situation, etiology and prevention and treatment of PEW.
