甲状腺疾病术前、术后的护理

【摘要】：正甲状腺疾病是普外科的一种常见病、多发病,包括地方性甲状腺肿、甲状腺良恶性肿瘤、甲状腺功能亢进等,手术治疗是本病主要的治疗方法,且有较好治疗效果。我院外科2011年1月-2014年12月共施行甲状腺手术53例,1例术后发生甲状腺危象,经抢救好转,其余52例术后均顺利痊愈出院。现将术前术后的护理体会总结如下。1术前护理1.1术前做好周密的护理计划,对可能发生的并发
[Abstract]:Positive thyroid disease is a common disease in general surgery, including endemic goiter, thyroid benign and malignant tumor, hyperthyroidism and so on. Surgical treatment is the main treatment of this disease, and has good therapeutic effect. From January 2011 to December 2014, 53 cases of thyroid surgery were performed in our hospital. Thyroid crisis occurred in 1 case after operation. After rescue and improvement, 52 cases were cured and discharged successfully.
