发热伴肝脾淋巴结肿大临床诊断思路

【摘要】：在临床上发热伴肝脾淋巴结肿大的疾病种类繁多,可能为常见疾病,也可能为少见甚至罕见疾病,且涉及的科室比较多,及时准确做出正确诊断难度较大。文章阐述发热伴肝脾淋巴结肿大的临床诊断思路,从临床常见原因、重要的实验室检测、临床诊断思路及治疗策略等方面进行讨论,以期帮助临床医生对这类患者做出正确、及时的诊断。
[Abstract]:There are many kinds of febrile diseases with hepatosplenomegaly in clinic, which may be common diseases, rare or even rare diseases, and involve more departments, so it is difficult to make accurate diagnosis in time. This article describes the clinical diagnosis of fever with hepatosplenomegaly, and discusses the common causes, important laboratory tests, clinical diagnosis ideas and treatment strategies in order to help clinicians to make a correct diagnosis of this kind of patients.
