2012—2014年玉环县8~10岁儿童尿碘与食用盐碘的动态评价

【摘要】:目的了解2012—2014年浙江省玉环县8~10岁儿童尿碘水平以及食用盐碘含量状况及变化。方法采用重复横断面调查设计,于2012—2014年对浙江省玉环县儿童开展3次横断面调查,以分层整群抽样的方法选定玉环县某小学3~5年级(8~10岁)9个班(每年级3个班)所有学生,收集晨尿及家庭食用盐,检测晨尿尿碘水平及食用盐碘含量。结果 1343名学生尿碘中位数为116.0μg/L,尿碘含量50μg/L、100μg/L和≥300μg/L分别占4.8%、38.6%和3.5%,未发现儿童尿碘水平和分布的不同年份、性别和年级的统计学差异。检测食用盐1343份,盐碘中位数为0.0 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率分别为22.8%、89.5%和20.4%,2012—2014年的合格碘盐食用率分别为25.1%、21.8%和14.2%,逐年降低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.232,P0.001)。盐碘与尿碘的平均水平及含量分布均有统计学关联,Spearman相关分析显示盐碘与尿碘呈弱正相关关联(r=0.135,P0.001)。结论 2012—2014年浙江省玉环县8~10岁儿童碘营养状况总体上是平稳、适宜和安全的,但碘盐覆盖率过低。
