【摘要】：人口结构改变在东北三省村镇主要体现在人口流失与老龄化两方面。人口结构改变已成为东北三省村镇现阶段面临的重大问题,公共设施规划建设如何适应新的人口结构也已成为重要挑战。从人口结构视角,结合实地调研,分析东北三省村镇人口结构与公共设施建设概况,总结村镇居民对公共设施的使用情况及需求特征,得出人口萎缩与人口老龄化是影响公共设施建设的主要人口结构因素,最终提出东北三省村镇公共设施规划建设思考。
[Abstract]:Change of population structure in the Northeast Village is mainly reflected in the loss of population and aging in two aspects. The demographic change has become a major problem facing Northeast Village at the present stage, the public facilities planning and construction of how to adapt to the new population structure has become an important challenge. From the perspective of population structure, combined with field research, analysis of rural population in Northeast China the structure and construction of public facilities, Summarize rural residents use and demand characteristics of public facilities, the shrinking population and the aging of the population is the impact of the construction of public facilities are demographic factors, finally puts forward thinking on the construction of public facilities planning in Northeast Village.
