【摘要】:离心混凝土钢管桩(简称TSC桩)由于其特殊的制作工艺,既能充分发挥混凝土的承压能力,又能利用钢材的抗变形、抗裂等能力。为结合现有管桩制作工艺开发衍生产品,进一步探索离心混凝土钢管桩的力学性能,对离心混凝土钢管桩内增设预应力钢棒,经蒸汽养护制成的预应力离心钢管混凝土管桩(简称PSC桩)进行抗弯性能试验研究。本文进行了两根PSC桩的抗弯性能试验,探究PSC桩刚度、强度、延性以及预应力钢棒对其抗弯性能的影响。试验表明PSC桩受弯具有明显的弹塑性变形特征,弹性变形能力和塑性变形能力均良好。与TSC桩相比,PSC桩的抗弯极限承载力提升较多,说明PSC桩具有良好的抗弯性能。参照试验,运用有限元软件ABAQUS对PSC桩的进行模拟,分析结果与试验实测值吻合度较好,表明建立的模型可靠。基于所验证的模型,进一步分析钢管壁厚和强度、混凝土壁厚和强度、预应力钢棒配筋面积、管桩外径对PSC桩抗弯性能的影响,发现环形截面含钢率和管桩外径是影响PSC桩抗弯性能的主要因素。参考PHC桩的轴心抗压承载力和TSC桩的抗弯极限承载力计算公式,对PSC桩的相关抗弯参数进行线性拟合,推导抗弯极限承载力计算式,验算误差较小,可以作为PSC桩抗弯极限承载力的估算参考。最后在总结试验和有限元分析的基础上,提出对后续研究的展望与建议。
[Abstract]:Centrifugal concrete filled steel pipe pile (TSC pile) can not only give full play to the bearing capacity of concrete, but also make use of the deformation resistance of steel due to its special manufacturing technology. In order to explore the mechanical properties of centrifugal concrete steel tube pile, the prestressed steel bar is added to the centrifugal concrete steel tube pile in order to develop the derivative product combined with the existing pipe pile making technology. The flexural behavior of prestressed centrifugal concrete-filled steel tube pile (PSC pile) made by steam curing is studied. In this paper, the flexural behavior of two PSC piles is tested to explore the stiffness and strength of PSC pile. Experiments show that PSC pile has obvious elastic-plastic deformation characteristics, elastic deformation ability and plastic deformation ability are good, compared with TSC pile. The flexural ultimate bearing capacity of PSC pile is much higher, which shows that PSC pile has good flexural performance. According to the test, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the PSC pile. The results of the analysis are in good agreement with the measured values, indicating that the established model is reliable. Based on the verified model, the wall thickness and strength of steel pipe, the thickness and strength of concrete wall, and the area of reinforcement of prestressed steel bars are further analyzed. Influence of external diameter of pipe pile on flexural behavior of PSC pile. It is found that the steel content of annular section and the outer diameter of pipe pile are the main factors that affect the flexural behavior of PSC pile. Referring to the axial compressive capacity of PHC pile and the calculation formula of ultimate flexural bearing capacity of TSC pile. According to the linear fitting of the bending parameters of PSC pile, the calculation formula of ultimate bearing capacity of PSC pile is deduced, and the error of checking calculation is small. It can be used as a reference for the estimation of ultimate bearing capacity of PSC piles. Finally, based on the summary of tests and finite element analysis, the prospects and suggestions for further study are put forward.
