哈尔滨好民居小区环境景观设计研究

【摘要】：舒适和谐的居住区环境是城市风貌的重要组成部分,随着社会的不断进步,人们对于生活环境的质量提出了更高的要求,我国各地居住区的建设也飞速发展。在此背景下,打造生态宜居、以人为本的居住环境景观将成为现代居住区设计的发展趋势。本文采用文献研究、归纳总结、实践分析三种研究方法。以居住区景观设计理论研究为基础,以人性化设计和居民的生活行为习惯为视角,研究居住区环境景观设计的基本原则和指导思想。选取西安紫都城小区、沈阳富邦一品和杭州春江花月住宅小区等三个不同地域的实际案例进行分析,归纳总结在案例设计中存在的优缺点。并结合实践项目,从地域文化、总体布局和种植设计等方面对哈尔滨市的好民居小区进行分析研究。并提出以下结论:(1)居住区景观设计应以园林美学与景观生态理论为基础,重点研究小区环境的使用者其心理行为习惯,以人性化为原则,设计满足时代发展的居住区环境景观。(2)一个居住区的环境景观设计是离不开其所在城市的历史背景的,居住区就是城市景观风貌的缩影,将城市的发展与其特定的环境底蕴相结合,立足于自然,在设计中结合气候、植物资源等条件,挖掘并提炼民俗文化体现地域特色。(3)哈尔滨好民居小区环境景观设计由道路、水体和植物等景观元素组成,根据功能布局,将健身跑道引入道路系统中,注重小区的功能性设计。依据心理行为研究,营造自然开敞式的草坪和水体景观,增加景观的参与性和认同感。通过本次研究,希望能够对其他居住区的环境景观设计提供参考借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The comfortable and harmonious residential environment is an important part of the urban landscape, with the continuous progress of society, people put forward higher requirements for the quality of living environment. The construction of residential areas in various parts of our country is also developing rapidly. Under this background, it will become the development trend of modern residential area design to build ecological liveable and people-oriented living environment landscape. In this paper, literature research is used to sum up and summarize. Practical analysis of three research methods. Based on residential landscape design theory research, based on humanized design and residents' living habits as the perspective. This paper studies the basic principles and guiding ideology of environmental landscape design in residential areas. The actual cases of three different regions including Xi'an Purple Capital District Shenyang Fubang Yiping and Hangzhou Chunjiang Huayuan Residential District are analyzed. Summarize the advantages and disadvantages in the case design. And combine with the practice project, from the regional culture. The overall layout and planting design of the good residential area in Harbin were analyzed and studied. The following conclusions were put forward: 1) the landscape design of residential area should be based on the landscape aesthetics and landscape ecology theory. Focus on the study of the community environment users' psychological behavior habits, the principle of humanization. The environmental landscape design of a residential area is inseparable from the historical background of its city, and the residential area is the epitome of the urban landscape. Combining the development of the city with its specific environmental information, based on nature, in the design of the combination of climate, plant resources and other conditions. Excavating and refining folk culture to reflect regional characteristics. 3) Harbin residential district environmental landscape design is composed of road, water and plant landscape elements, according to the functional layout, fitness runway will be introduced into the road system. Focus on the functional design of the community. According to psychological behavior research, create a natural open lawn and water landscape, increase the participation and identity of the landscape. Through this study. The author hopes to provide reference for the environmental landscape design of other residential areas.
