【摘要】:以丙烯酸和501醚类大单体为原料,在本体聚合条件下合成了固体聚羧酸减水剂,研究了温度、链转移剂加量、引发剂加量、酸醚摩尔比和滴加时间对产物性能的影响,发现温度、链转移剂加量、引发剂加量、酸醚摩尔比和滴加时间对产物性能影响明显。实验结果表明,当反应温度为70℃、链转移剂加量为单体质量0.35%、引发剂加量为单体质量1%、酸醚摩尔比为4∶1、滴加时间为2h时,所制备的固体聚羧酸减水剂具有良好的分散性能和坍落度保持性,水泥净浆初始流动度为315mm,1h后净浆流动度为320mm。最后利用红外光谱对产物分子结构进行表征,结果表明丙烯酸和501大单体聚合反应顺利进行。
[Abstract]:Solid polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer was synthesized by bulk polymerization of acrylic acid and 501 ether macromonomer. The temperature, the amount of chain transfer agent and the amount of initiator were studied. The effects of acid ether molar ratio and dropping time on the properties of the product were investigated. It was found that the temperature, the amount of chain transfer agent, the amount of initiator, the molar ratio of acid and ether and the dropping time had obvious effects on the properties of the product.
