防连续倒塌高大模板支撑体系的两阶段设计研究

【摘要】:提出了一种防连续倒塌高大模板支撑体系,由双功能子体系和单一功能子体系组成,正常设计状况下两个子体系共同工作(简称第一阶段);偶然情况下单一功能子体系先失效,双功能子体系独自工作,避免整个结构体系连续倒塌(简称第二阶段)。在两个阶段,考虑支撑体系在结构布置、荷载和功能等方面的差异,研究和讨论了两阶段设计目标可靠指标的合理取值。从承载能力和用钢量的角度,给出合理的构造措施和最优的立杆型号,不但保证正常设计状况下结构的安全性,而且在事故发生时给施工人员提供逃生机会,为救援提供通道。
[Abstract]:A high formwork support system for continuous collapse prevention is proposed, which consists of a two-function sub-system and a single-functional sub-system. The two sub-systems work together under normal design conditions (referred to as the first stage). Occasionally, the single-function sub-system fails first, and the dual-function sub-system works alone to avoid the continuous collapse of the whole structural system (referred to as the second stage). In the two stages, the bracing system is considered in the structure arrangement. Based on the difference of load and function, the reasonable value of reliability index of two-stage design target is studied and discussed. From the point of view of bearing capacity and steel quantity, the reasonable construction measures and the optimal type of vertical rod are given. It not only guarantees the safety of the structure under the normal design condition, but also provides escape opportunities for the construction personnel and the rescue passage when the accident occurs.
