考虑侧压作用剪力连接件结构行为分析研究

【摘要】:剪力连接件是组合结构中钢和混凝土材料结合在一起共同工作的关键部件,对其开展相应的试验与理论研究具有重要的意义。评定剪力连接件性能最合理且最经济的方法是推出试验,已有的推出试验未考虑钢梁与混凝土板之间的压力作用。本文依托国家自然科学基金项目"钢-混凝土组合梁的非线性与徐变耦合效应研究",通过改进推出试验的加载方式,先对试件施加侧向压力,然后进行剪力加载,针对栓钉剪力连接件和开孔钢板剪力连接件的力学性能进行了研究。主要研究的工作如下:(1)为了研究侧向压力对推出试验试件的影响,设计并完成了 8组推出试验。(2)根据试验结果,分析了界面传力机理,拟合出了侧压力作用下的栓钉类和PBL类钢-混凝土结合面的摩擦系数,并通过非线性有限元分析软件,对试验试件进行精细化模拟分析,建立接触单元模拟钢-混凝土界面摩擦行为,与实测试验数据进行比较,验证了有限元分析的可行性。(3)通过对栓钉类带侧压力的试件进行非线性有限元变参数分析,得出此类剪力连接件的力学性能变化结果,为优化剪力连接件的仿真分析设计提供数据支撑。(4)统计了国内外不同规范或学者提出的剪力连接件极限承载力公式,通过对比试验值和计算值,选出结果相近的计算公式并进行改进,得到考虑侧压力作用时的推出试验试件承载力理论计算公式,为估算不同侧压力水平下的试件承载能力提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:Shear joint is a key component of composite structure in which steel and concrete materials work together. It is of great significance to carry out corresponding tests and theoretical studies. The most reasonable and economical method to evaluate the properties of shear connectors is to launch tests. The existing test does not consider the pressure between steel beam and concrete slabs. This paper relies on the project of National Natural Science Foundation "the study of nonlinear and creep coupling effect of steel-concrete composite beam". By improving the loading mode of the extrapolation test, the lateral pressure is applied to the specimen first, and then the shear loading is carried out. The mechanical properties of bolt shear joint and perforated steel plate shear joint are studied. The main work is as follows: 1) in order to study the influence of lateral pressure on the test specimen. According to the test results, the mechanism of interfacial force transfer is analyzed, and the friction coefficients of studs and PBL steel-concrete joints under lateral pressure are fitted out. Through the nonlinear finite element analysis software, the detailed simulation analysis of the test specimen was carried out, and the contact element was established to simulate the interface friction behavior of the steel and concrete, and the results were compared with the measured test data. The feasibility of finite element analysis is verified. (3) by means of nonlinear finite element variable parameter analysis of the specimens with side pressure, the results of mechanical properties change of this kind of shear joints are obtained. In order to optimize the design of simulation analysis of shear connectors, data support is provided. (4) the formulas of ultimate bearing capacity of shear connectors proposed by different codes or scholars at home and abroad are analyzed and compared with experimental and calculated values. A theoretical formula for calculating the bearing capacity of test specimens considering lateral pressure is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for estimating the bearing capacity of specimens under different lateral pressure levels.
