【摘要】：随着社会日新月益的发展,对现代建设工程的要求逐渐提高,工程设计与施工技术也不断提高,在现代社会中施工过程已经形成了一套完整且复杂的生产活动。工程项目进度控制作为整体项目施工的核心内容,其目标控制得以实现是保证完工时间准确、施工材料正常使用、提高工作效率、降低施工计划波动变化,保证工程项目整体利润所得的重要保障。合理的工程项目进度控制在保证项目整体施工质量的同时,会在施工过程当中使生产周期与前期预算成本控制之间达到最好的平衡点。所以,在现代建设工程项目的管理过程中,工程项目进度控制管理已经成为重中之重,保证项目施工质量达标的进程中,项目本身的成本控制和施工进度的完善优化决定了项目是否按期达标。现代建设工程项目中,个别工程项目因为施工进度控制得不到实现而影响了计划工期的完成,使建设单位或者施工单位的预期收益均达不到理想状态。项目实际施工与计划进度能否完美结合,决定了项目本身的定位收益及项目建成所带来的经济效果发挥。研究施工进度控制具有很高的挑战性,也具有非常重大的社会意义。施工进度控制需要有科学的理论指导,并通过全员的努力、沟通、协调,并系统的对项目本身进行研究、分析,制定出结合实际的进度控制计划,可以使项目能够按期或者提前完工。本文将以辽宁机电职业技术学院(下文简称“辽宁机电学院”)校园信息化升级改造项目为案例进行研究与分析,在工程进度控制理论研究的基础上,对项目实际施工进度控制中所涉及的问题进行深入分析和探讨,同时做出对应的解决策略。在本论文的研究过程中,运用关键线路法(“网络计划法”),结合经济学、系统管理工程学等有关理论,就此展开相应理论和应用研究。本文通过对施工进度计划的编制以流水作业原理网络计划方法开展的。明确进度控制的目标资金管理、进度保障、质量过关。准确的对进度目标进行控制,包括总体进度目标及各作业面及工序的分项进度目标。通过进度控制的综合性措施及时解决工程进度所遇到的问题。以采用纠偏办法及控制手段,保障项目进度控制目标完美实现。
[Abstract]:With the development of social development, the requirements of modern construction projects are gradually raised, and the engineering design and construction technology is also continuously improved. In modern society, the construction process has formed a set of complete and complex production activities. Project schedule control as the core content of the overall project construction, its goal control is to ensure the accuracy of completion time. Normal use of construction materials to improve working efficiency and reduce the fluctuation of construction plans. Ensure the important guarantee of the overall profit income of the project. Reasonable project schedule control ensures the overall construction quality of the project at the same time. It will achieve the best balance between the production cycle and budget cost control in the construction process. Therefore, in the modern construction project management process. Project schedule control management has become a top priority, to ensure the construction quality of the project in the process of reaching the standard. The cost control of the project itself and the perfection and optimization of the construction schedule determine whether the project should meet the standard on time. Because the construction schedule control can not be realized, individual projects affect the completion of the planned construction period. The expected income of the construction unit or the construction unit can not reach the ideal state. Whether the actual construction of the project and the planned progress can be combined perfectly. It determines the positioning income of the project itself and the economic effect brought by the completion of the project. It is very challenging to study the construction schedule control. Construction schedule control needs scientific theoretical guidance, and through the efforts of all staff, communication, coordination, and systematic research and analysis of the project itself. Work out a progress control plan combined with the actual situation. The project can be completed on time or ahead of schedule. This paper will take Liaoning Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as "Liaoning Electromechanical College") campus information upgrade project as a case study and analysis. On the basis of the research on the theory of project schedule control, the problems involved in the actual construction schedule control of the project are deeply analyzed and discussed, and the corresponding solutions are made. Using the key line method ("Network Planning Law"), combined with economics, system management engineering and other related theories. In this paper, through the preparation of the construction progress plan with the principle of flow operation network planning method, clear progress control of the target fund management, progress assurance. Quality clearance. Accurate control of progress targets. Including the overall progress goal and the work surface and process of the sub-progress goals. Through the progress control of comprehensive measures to solve the progress of the project problems encountered in a timely manner to use corrective measures and control measures. Ensure the project schedule control goal is achieved perfectly.
