JS建筑装饰工程项目管理研究

【摘要】:随着社会的不断发展,中国建筑行业的发展突飞猛进,也极大的推动了装饰行业的发展。作为当前国民经济重要的支柱产业,装饰工程施工质量对建筑物的使用与投资效果有直接的影响,同时与人民群众的生命安全有直接关系。随着我国加入WTO不断深入,市场已经与国际环境接轨,大型装饰工程建设日益广泛,随着基础设施与固定投资的加大,大型装饰工程项目已经广泛存在于各行各业。因此,本文的研究目的就是通过JS建筑装饰工程项目管理研究,提高装饰工程项目的质量,确保装饰工程项目的顺利实施。从管理学理论角度,与装饰施工实践经验相结合,融入先进管理思想,改善组织结构,避免不必要的浪费,从而确保施工的畅通,使得施工成本降低,对合理施工具有极大的促进作用,同时能够使得时间成本有效节约。实现施工环境的合理、安全、快捷与高效,进而使得工程项目施工成本降低、施工速度加快,施工效果良好。基于经营理念的改变,使得项目管理理念提高,通过项目管理力度的加大,使得项目施工与管理水平提高。项目质量管理、项目安全管理、项目进度管理、项目团队与沟通管理是项目管理所涉及到的内容。项目经营管理能否成功的关键是项目质量管理与进度管理,两者之间相辅相成。信息化时期基于项目信息管理使得项目工作效率提高,对项目工作流程的完善具有重要意义。项目团队与沟通管理能够实现对项目内部实现有效协调与沟通,极大的推动项目管理团队的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society, the development of Chinese construction industry by leaps and bounds, but also greatly promoted the development of the decoration industry, as an important pillar industry of the current national economy. The construction quality of decoration works has a direct impact on the use and investment effect of buildings, and also has a direct relationship with the lives and safety of the people. The market has been in line with the international environment, large-scale decoration engineering construction is increasingly widespread, with the increase of infrastructure and fixed investment, large-scale decoration projects have been widely existed in various industries. The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality of decoration project through JS architectural decoration project management research to ensure the smooth implementation of decoration engineering project from the perspective of management theory. Combining with the practical experience of decoration construction, it integrates advanced management ideas, improves the organizational structure, avoids unnecessary waste, and thus ensures the smooth running of the construction and reduces the construction cost. It can greatly promote the reasonable construction, at the same time, it can save the time cost effectively, realize the reasonable, safe, fast and efficient construction environment, and then make the construction cost of the project reduce. Based on the change of management concept, the concept of project management is improved. Through the increase of project management, the level of project construction and management is improved, and the quality of project management is improved. Project safety management, project schedule management, project team and communication management are the contents of project management. The key to the success of project management is project quality management and schedule management. Information based on project information management makes the efficiency of project work improved. Project team and communication management can achieve effective coordination and communication within the project, and greatly promote the sustainable development of project management team.
