德国被动式住宅分析与研究

【摘要】:近些年来,随着社会的发展科技的进步,人们的生活水平得到了提高,与此同时环境问题和能源问题也日益突出。建筑作为对环境和能源有着重要影响的产业,也在相关方面不断地进行研究和探讨:如何在不降低人们生活水平和舒适度的情况下节约能耗。建筑节能作为应对气候问题和能源危机的重要途径,其内容和方向有很多,而德国被动房是建筑节能领域较领先成熟的做法范例,并且其技术做法已成为欧洲很多国家实现节能减排目标的重要手段。我国目前对于建筑节能也越来越重视,但是节能方面大多是技术的堆砌,相关的认证也还不完善,因此本文在住宅方面对德国被动房进行了详细的分析和研究,主要从以下几个方面进行。首先从德国被动房的节能标准和相关认证入手,分析了德国建筑节能标准的发展以及被动房标准的产生,同时对现行的被动房标准及相关认证进行了详细的介绍和分析,希望能对我国节能方面的相关研究提供借鉴意义。由被动房标准引申出为了达到相关标准而在被动式住宅中采用的一些构造做法,通过查找文献资料和实地调研的方式来整理归纳被动式住宅的构造做法,并把其作为一个完整的系统深入研究分析其内在联系,总结出被动房构造做法的5个要点——围护结构良好的保温性能、良好的气密性、无热桥构造、独特的通风系统以及对初级可再生能源的利用。通过对被动式住宅构造做法的系统分析和研究,从设计入手分析被动式住宅在设计规划时需考虑的几个方面,并通过查找资料分析了一些相关节能技术用于被动式住宅的可能性,也侧面印证了被动房系统是一个完整的体系,而不是技术的堆砌。最后通过实际案例的分析,验证了按照笔者总结的被动式住宅的设计方法,并采用相关技术和成体系的构造做法建造而成的住宅可以达到被动式住宅的舒适度要求和节能标准。本文通过对德国被动式住宅的分析和研究,从标准的发展、制定,到相关原则的分析和具体构造做法的研究再到设计层面形成一种笔者自认较为完整的节能建筑的体系,并且通过实例进行论证。希望对我国节能住宅的发展起到一定的参考和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of science and technology, people's living standards have been improved, at the same time, environmental and energy problems have become increasingly prominent. Building as an important impact on the environment and energy industry. Also in the related research and discussion: how to save energy consumption without reducing people's living standard and comfort. Building energy conservation as an important way to deal with climate problems and energy crisis. Its content and direction have a lot of, and Germany passive housing is the building energy saving field more advanced and mature practice model. And its technical practice has become an important means for many countries in Europe to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction. China is paying more and more attention to building energy conservation at present, but most of the energy saving aspect is the stacking of technology. The related certification is not perfect, so this paper makes a detailed analysis and research on passive housing in Germany. Mainly from the following aspects. First of all, from the German passive housing energy conservation standards and related certification, the development of German building energy saving standards and the emergence of passive housing standards. At the same time, the current passive housing standards and related certification are introduced and analyzed in detail. From the passive housing standards in order to achieve the relevant standards in order to achieve the construction of passive housing in some ways. Through the search of literature and field research to sort out the construction of passive housing practices, and as a complete system of in-depth research and analysis of its internal links. Five main points of passive housing construction are summarized, which are good insulation performance, good air tightness and no heat bridge construction. The unique ventilation system and the use of primary renewable energy. Through the systematic analysis and research of passive housing construction practices, this paper analyzes several aspects of passive housing design planning from the point of view of design. And by looking up the data to analyze some related energy-saving technology used in passive housing possibilities, but also confirmed that the passive housing system is a complete system. Finally, through the analysis of actual cases, the design method of passive housing is verified according to the summary of the author. And by using the related technology and systematic construction practices, the building can meet the requirements of passive housing comfort and energy saving standard. This paper through the analysis and research of passive housing in Germany, from the development of standards. To the analysis of relevant principles and the study of specific construction practices to the design level to form a more complete energy conservation building system. And through the demonstration of examples, I hope to play a certain reference and reference significance to the development of energy-saving housing in China.
