带构造柱砖砌体墙抗震试验及基于块体砂浆整体建模的模拟分析

【摘要】:本文研究课题属于国家自然基金项目(50978177)和山西省科技攻关项目,对一种典型的砌体墙试件进行了试验及模拟分析,该墙体属于常见的窗间墙,配有构造柱以及水平钢筋网片,通过对其进行拟静力往复试验以及ABAQUS有限元分析,对二者结果进行对比,探讨模拟的适用性。首先,对砌体结构的特点,通常的破坏、典型破坏模式,目前的研究现状以及本文研究内容进行了综述,并阐述了本次试验的试件设计制作,设备安装加载,试件的破坏以及对应的定量分析结果。最后得出墙体发生弯曲破坏,通过滞回曲线及骨架曲线可知试件具有良好的延性。之后,为建模准备,按上一章的试验为基础,对试验中涉及到的各个部件对应的材料性能参数做出了定义,采用混凝土损伤塑性模型按照试验标定的混凝土的各个参数计算出本构模型需要的应力、应变以及损伤等数值。总结具有代表性的砌体材料的本构关系,包括经验型和损伤型,其中损伤型的本构关系是在混凝土损伤塑性本构的基础上修改得到。对众多的本构关系进行对比验证,得出利用砌体损伤本构进行模拟是可行的。并求得本构模型需要的相关数值。最后,通过ABAQUS有限元软件在单向加载以及循环加载条件下对试验墙体进行模拟。与试验得到的相应数据和结果进行定性以及定量对比,以验证软件分析的准确性以及适应性。对比包括:应力云图、滞回曲线、骨架曲线以及延性等参数。
[Abstract]:This paper belongs to the National Natural Fund project 50978177) and Shanxi Province science and technology research project, a typical masonry wall test specimens were tested and simulated. The wall is a common window wall with structural columns and horizontal steel mesh. The results are compared by quasi-static reciprocating test and ABAQUS finite element analysis. First of all, the characteristics of masonry structure, the usual damage, the typical failure mode, the current research situation and the research content of this paper are summarized. The design and manufacture of the test piece, the installation and loading of the equipment, the failure of the specimen and the corresponding quantitative analysis results are described. Finally, the bending failure of the wall is obtained. According to the hysteretic curve and skeleton curve, the specimen has good ductility. Then, in order to prepare the model, according to the test in the previous chapter, the corresponding material performance parameters of each component involved in the test are defined. The damage plastic model of concrete is used to calculate the stress, strain and damage value of the constitutive model according to the parameters of concrete, and the constitutive relations of typical masonry materials are summarized. Including empirical and damage type, the damage constitutive relationship is modified on the basis of concrete damage plastic constitutive model. A lot of constitutive relations are compared and verified. It is concluded that it is feasible to simulate the damage of masonry by using the constitutive model. Finally, the relevant values of the constitutive model are obtained. The test wall was simulated by ABAQUS finite element software under unidirectional loading and cyclic loading, and compared qualitatively and quantitatively with the corresponding data and results obtained from the test. In order to verify the accuracy and adaptability of the software, the comparison includes: stress cloud map, hysteretic curve, skeleton curve and ductility.
