镁渣木质素纤维复合抹灰砂浆的性能研究

【摘要】:为有效与充分利用工业废料,改善抹灰砂浆的性能,以水胶比、镁渣掺量、外加剂掺量和木质素纤维掺量为因素,设计正交试验方案L16(45),试验研究了镁渣木质素纤维复合抹灰砂浆的性能。应用激光粒度仪分析了镁渣的颗粒级配,扫描电镜分析了镁渣的形貌和砂浆的微观结构,正交试验理论分析了各因素的作用规律,及其显著性,最小二乘法建立了抹灰砂浆和易性参数及力学强度的多元非线性回归模型。在试验研究条件下,镁渣、外加剂和木质素纤维能明显改善砂浆的和易性,木质素纤维对砂浆保水性的影响显著,镁渣对砂浆的流动性稍有不利影响;镁渣和木质素纤维对抹灰砂浆的力学强度有增强效应,木质素纤维对砂浆强度的影响不显著,镁渣掺量有较大影响;建立的回归模型显著性高,相关性好。
[Abstract]:In order to make full use of industrial waste and improve the performance of plastering mortar, orthogonal test scheme L1645 was designed with water / binder ratio, magnesium slag content, admixture content and lignin fiber content as factors. The properties of magnesium slag lignin fiber composite plastering mortar were studied. The particle gradation of magnesium slag was analyzed by laser particle size analyzer and the morphology and microstructure of magnesium slag were analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The orthogonal test theory analyzed the action law of each factor and its significance. The least square method established the multivariate nonlinear regression model of plastering mortar and easiness parameters and mechanical strength. Under the experimental conditions, magnesium slag. Admixture and lignin fiber can obviously improve the compatibility of mortar, lignin fiber has a significant effect on the water retention of mortar, and magnesium slag has a little adverse effect on the fluidity of mortar. The mechanical strength of plastering mortar was enhanced by magnesium slag and lignin fiber, but the effect of lignin fiber on mortar strength was not significant. The established regression model has high significance and good correlation.
