快速城市化背景下深圳中心区水系与城市关系研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国的社会主义市场经济迅猛发展,城市化也正在以前所未有的尺度、速度和范围进行,然而城市的发展总是以牺牲环境为代价。深圳中心区伴随着深圳改革开放以来的快速发展,经历了快速城市化的进程,中心城区的城市风貌和空间形态也在短时间内发生了巨大的变化,其河流水系作为城市生态环境与自然资源不可或缺的重要组成部分,或遭到不同程度的污染与破坏,或被忽视甚至埋藏于城市建筑的缝隙中,城市山水资源被肆意践踏得支离破碎。本文以中心区河流水系为视角,在相关文献研究基础上,结合实地调研获得的基础资料,分析中心区水系自身存在的问题,深入研究河流水系与城市空间结构的关系,探究城市河流水系在深圳中心区城市化中的发展变迁及其背后的原因,参照国内外优秀城市水系与城市关系优化的相关理论和实践案例,理论与实践相结合,进而提出中心区城市水系与城市空间关系优化策略。研究的内容根据这样的逻辑顺序按章节展开:第一章介绍了生态文明建设和快速城市化的选题背景,以水系为切入点研究城市问题的优势,确定了以深圳中心区及其区域范围内的城市水系为研究对象,以国内外研究与实践作为参考依据,阐述了研究目的以及学术、实践意义,确定了研究方法。第二章介绍了深圳市水系分布、中心区水系概况、城市水系于城市化历程中的演变和城市化带来的问题,阐述了中心区河流水系现状及对现状问题的总结。第三章分析快速中心区城市化进程中城市水系与城市生态环境、城市交通、城市历史文化、城市功能等方面的关系。第四章针对城市水系与城空间市关系中的具体问题,参照国内外优秀城市水系的相关理论和实践案例,提出针对性的优化策略。第五章依托城市水系及滨水资源打造城市绿色基础服务设施,优化城市空间形态与城市风貌,实现以水系为载体的城市复兴与繁荣。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the socialist market economy of our country has developed rapidly, and urbanization is also going on on an unprecedented scale, speed and scope. However, the development of the city always comes at the expense of the environment. With the rapid development of Shenzhen since the reform and opening up, Shenzhen has experienced the process of rapid urbanization. The urban landscape and spatial form of the central urban area have also undergone great changes in a short period of time. As an indispensable part of the urban ecological environment and natural resources, the river system has been polluted and destroyed to varying degrees. Either neglected or even buried in the gap of urban buildings, the urban landscape resources are trampled to pieces. This paper takes the river system in the central district as a visual angle, based on the relevant literature research, combined with the basic data obtained by field research. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the water system of the central district, deeply studies the relationship between the river system and the urban spatial structure, and probes into the development and changes of the urban river system in the urbanization of Shenzhen central district and the reasons behind it. Referring to the relevant theories and practice cases of optimizing the relationship between urban water system and city at home and abroad, combining theory with practice, Furthermore, the optimization strategy of the relationship between urban water system and urban space in the central district is put forward. The content of the research is carried out according to this logical sequence. The first chapter introduces the background of ecological civilization construction and rapid urbanization. Taking the water system as the starting point to study the urban problems, this paper takes the urban water system in the central district of Shenzhen and its regional scope as the research object, and takes the research and practice at home and abroad as the reference basis, and expounds the research purpose, academic and practical significance. The second chapter introduces the distribution of the water system in Shenzhen, the general situation of the water system in the central district, the evolution of the urban water system in the course of urbanization and the problems caused by the urbanization. This paper expounds the present situation of river system in central district and its summary. Chapter three analyzes the relationship between urban water system and urban ecological environment, urban traffic, urban history and culture in the process of rapid urbanization in central district. Chapter 4th, aiming at the specific problems in the relationship between urban water system and urban space city, referring to the relevant theories and practice cases of excellent urban water system at home and abroad, Chapter 5th, based on urban water system and waterfront water resources, builds urban green basic service facilities, optimizes urban spatial form and urban style, and realizes urban revival and prosperity with water system as carrier.
