川西传统街区典型空间微更新策略研究

【摘要】：现阶段我国城市更新面对千城一面的严峻问题,如何塑造城市的历史风貌和城市记忆,将是本领域关注的焦点之一。对此,2016年2月提出的《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》,明确了城市建设与发展的政策导向和要求,对于城市这一经济社会发展和人民生产生活的重要载体和现代文明的标志,要把以人为本、尊重自然、传承历史、绿色低碳的理念融入城市规划与建设全过程,协调城市景观风貌,体现城市地域特征、民族特色和时代风貌,延续历史文脉。城市传统街区作为"小街区"的重要部分,在城市风貌的表达中占有非常重要的作用。将传统街区和老旧小街区完全推倒重建并不可取,但相比于城市风貌特色的塑造,历史文化的传承更为重要。《城市意象》1和《场所精神》2两部专著中的重要观点对此有着深刻的解读,其中提到公众意象、场所结构及结构形成的个性和意蕴。本文以此基本观点作为研究的理论基础,即:如何让城市的重要公共空间——传统街区具有历史记忆并进行文化传承,即去挖掘公众心中认可的该公共空间的典型意象,即具有可读性、独特性和可意象性的典型空间及其空间元素。故而本文将研究的对象从"传统街区"聚焦到了"传统街区典型空间",表达对公众意象的尊重;本文的研究重点则定位于选择典型,对传统街区典型的节点、片段和局部进行更新。该过程在本文中被称为"微更新"。"微更新"的概念借鉴于"有机更新",但针对的对象不同。有机更新是在城市的尺度下进行,而本文提出的"微"更新特别针对研究对象传统街区。《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》中提出要将完善功能与宜业宜居相结合,这是具有时代感和现实意义的政策导向。本文以改善传统街区功能,表达街区传统风貌,留住街区记忆为目标,以对传统街区典型空间进行"微更新"为手段,与生活、生产、生态暗合,达到街区生产生活品质提高,提升街区活力促进传统街区可持续发展的目的。研究传统街区公众意象——典型空间时,笔者深入分析传统街区意象元素。借鉴凯文·林奇提出的道路、标志物、边界、节点和区域五要素,结合川西传统街区典型空间的特质,演化成为不同种类的空间要素和典型空间的部分形式,构建空间要素进行讨论,丰富研究领域,补充研究层面。这也是本文的创新点之一。演化和思考过程在第二章的场所特质和公共意象部分中阐述。本文第一章绪论,阐述了研究背景、目的、意义及相关研究,对相关概念进行了界定,提出了研究方法,确定了研究内容和研究框架;第二章进行相关理论研究,对环境意象、场所结构及意象、外部空间理论及植物学与本文相关之处进行了提取和归纳;第三章、第四章对传统街区的公众意象——"典型空间"和意象元素——"空间构成要素"进行实地调研资料整理和深入讨论,为第五章的策略提出提供了基础,与"三生"暗线相合,提出了传统街区"微"更新的原则;第五章对二、三、四章的内容进行总结和归纳,得出本文研究问题的初步结论,即川西传统街区典型空间的"微更新"策略,为第六章的案例分析提供程序性方法;第六章运用第五章结论对实际案例进行分析与评估,对第五章提出的策略进行反思、补充和提升,并给出了最终的川西传统街区微更新策略;第七章对前文的研究背景、过程、内容及成果进行综述,并鲜明地提出具有借鉴性的传统街区微更新策略。
