基于空间句法的旧城改造研究——以南京市浦口区公园北路一龙华路两侧地块为例

【摘要】：空间句法理念被引入国内,这种通过对包括建筑、城市、聚落及景观在内的人居空间结构的量化描述来研究空间组织系统中所有空间与空间以及空间与行为主体之间的关系的研究方式,弥补了国内设计方面缺少量化支撑的现状,提高了设计的科学性。以南京市浦口区公园北路一龙华路两侧地块为例,阐述空间句法模型建立的方法及其在旧城改造设计阶段和后期方案检验阶段的运用,通过空间句法的定量分析,找寻旧城的空间问题,检验城市设计的合理性,以科学指导旧城更新发展。
[Abstract]:The idea of space syntax has been introduced into the country, through the use of buildings, cities, The quantitative description of human settlements' spatial structure, including settlement and landscape, is used to study the relationship between space and space and the relationship between space and behavior in space organization system, which makes up for the lack of quantitative support in domestic design. Taking the two sides of Park North Road, Pukou District, Nanjing as an example, this paper expounds the method of establishing spatial syntactic model and its application in the design stage of old city reconstruction and the later stage of project inspection. Through the quantitative analysis of spatial syntax, this paper finds out the spatial problems of the old city, tests the rationality of the urban design, and guides the renewal and development of the old city scientifically.
