成都旧城更新下的社区菜市场空间研究

【摘要】:社区菜市场是居民购买蔬菜和其他生鲜产品的重要场所,也是一个旧城社区中最繁忙、最热闹的公共场所,同时它的建筑风貌也是一个城市活力和形象的代言。从早上4点到晚上7点的运营时间中,是国计民生的基础,其营业期间综合了进货、买卖、运输、垃圾回收等功能需求。这也使得菜市场中的人员结构冗杂,买菜的市民、卖菜的农民、商贩、工人等让普通的菜市场成为了城市中汇集的公共场所,而作为菜市场的建筑空间则承载着这些各式各样的功能、行为、风貌。本文主要以成都旧城为范围,结合近年来国家和成都市政府针对社区菜市场的相关政策法规,以及国内外菜市场的相关研究和建设规范,分析菜市场在城市中所扮演的重要角色,以及菜市场的更新建设与旧城保护、城市风貌、国计民生的重要联系。根据成都市出台的改造更新政策定位了旧城中的13个具有代表性的社区菜市场,将这些菜市场分为室内和室外两个大类,对其分布规律、演变过程、肌理进行了分析。从中挑选出3个不同类型和区位的典型案例对其建筑的内部空间、外部空间、空间中人的行为3个方面进行深度分析,归纳出成都旧城社区菜市场的空间特征。论文最后根据实地调研的成果,并结合国内外优秀的案例,以提升空间品质、美化城市风貌、文化延续为目标,探索成都市旧城菜市场的建筑空间更新改造模式。
[Abstract]:The community vegetable market is an important place for residents to buy vegetables and other fresh products. It is also the busiest and busiest public place in an old city community. At the same time, its architectural style is also a symbol of the vitality and image of a city. During the operating hours from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m., it is the foundation of the national economy and the people's livelihood. During its business period, it integrates the purchase, sale, and transportation of goods. Functional needs such as garbage collection. This also makes the structure of the people in the vegetable market jumbled. The people who buy vegetables, the farmers who sell vegetables, the traders, the workers, and so on, make the ordinary vegetable market a common public place in the city. As a vegetable market, the building space carries these various functions, behaviors and features. This article mainly takes the old city of Chengdu as the scope and combines the relevant policies and regulations of the state and the Chengdu municipal government aimed at the community vegetable market in recent years. As well as the related research and construction criterion of domestic and foreign vegetable market, analyze the important role that vegetable market plays in the city, and the renewal and construction of vegetable market, the protection of old city, the style of city, According to the reform and renewal policy issued by Chengdu, 13 representative community vegetable markets in the old city were positioned. These markets were divided into two categories, indoor and outdoor, and their distribution laws and evolution process were analyzed. Three typical cases of different types and locations were selected to analyze the interior space, outer space and human behavior of the building. Finally, according to the results of field research and combined with excellent cases at home and abroad, the purpose of this paper is to improve the quality of space, beautify the city and continue the culture. Explore the old city of Chengdu vegetable market building space renovation model.
