装载机副车架断裂分析及改进

【摘要】:为了解决作业工况恶劣时铰接式装载机副车架结构容易出现焊缝开裂的问题,利用UG NX7.5和ANSYS Workbench建立副车架的三维实体模型;选择典型工况对该模型进行结构强度的应力分析,得出副车架的应力分布云图。依据分析结果对副车架进行改进,并对改进后的结构进行分析,结果发现:改进后的结构受力情况明显要好于原结构;增加副车架与后车架的间隙可改善副车架的受力。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that welding seam cracking is easy to appear in the auxiliary frame structure of articulated loader when the working condition is bad, the three-dimensional solid model of the sub-frame is established by UG NX7.5 and ANSYS Workbench, and the stress analysis of the structural strength of the model is carried out under typical working conditions. The stress distribution cloud diagram of the sub-frame is obtained. According to the analysis results, the sub-frame is improved, and the improved structure is analyzed. The results show that the stress situation of the improved structure is obviously better than that of the original structure; Increasing the gap between the sub-frame and the rear frame can improve the force of the sub-frame.
