采油厂注水站多口水源井树状网供水水力计算

【摘要】：延安市志丹县永宁采油厂顺5注水站采用6口水源井树状网供水。由于水源井井位比较分散,并且水源井的井口高程、地下含水层的深度和厚度不同,以及集水管线所处路由的地形高差较大,给集水管线的水力计算带来了很大难度。在高扬程深井潜水泵可选型号有限的条件下,从管线翻越点着手,利用节点压力平衡反算水源井井口压力和潜水泵的下泵深度。调整下泵深度法较好地解决了水泵选型问题,也大大减小了节点水压平衡计算的工作量。
[Abstract]:The Shun5 injection Station of Yongning Oil production Plant in Yan'an City uses 6 water source wells with tree-like pattern to supply water. Due to the scattered position of the source wells and the wellhead height of the source wells, the depth and thickness of the underground aquifers are different. And the great topographic height difference of the route in which the catchment line is located, which brings great difficulty to the hydraulic calculation of the catchment line. Under the condition of limited optional type of high lift and deep well submersible pump, starting from the crossing point of pipeline, The nodal pressure balance is used to calculate the wellhead pressure of the water well and the depth of the submersible pump. The method of adjusting the depth of the pump solves the problem of pump selection and greatly reduces the workload of the calculation of the nodal water pressure balance.
