安徽省某医院建筑能源审计及节能措施研究

【摘要】:目前,医院的能源消费状况仅依靠后勤管理人员记录及监控,对其能源利用效率进行评价,研究其节能措施,则需要开展能源审计工作。由于医院的能耗状况较复杂,能源审计工作者对其提出的节能建议常依赖于其日常的定性经验,缺乏定量的验证与比较。在对医院实地现场调研过程中发现存在部分分项数据缺失、数据不合理,分项数据间存在矛盾等各类问题。针对上述问题,提出利用能耗模拟软件辅助开展医院建筑能源审计工作的课题。通过比照实际调研数据设置模拟软件中各参数,并对模型进行校正,建立基于探究节能潜力的能源审计工作的DeST能耗模型。为了探究过渡季节利用夜间通风技术的节能效果,设置不同通风策略、不同夜间通风换气次数、不同的通风时间段等三种研究思路,通过比较DeST模拟软件输出的各特征值,分别验证其节能效果及可实现的节能潜力。研究表明,利用夜间通风技术可以有效地降低次日空调负荷,提高室内舒适度;对模型适当简化,可以有效缩短计算时长,提高运用模拟软件的效率。利用能耗模拟工作可以达到定量验证节能方案、补充部分原始数据缺失的目的,可以有效辅助开展能源审计工作。
[Abstract]:At present, the situation of energy consumption in hospitals only depends on the records and monitoring of logistics managers, to evaluate its energy use efficiency and to study its energy-saving measures, it is necessary to carry out energy audit work. Energy auditors often rely on their daily qualitative experience and lack of quantitative verification and comparison. In the field investigation of hospitals, it is found that some of the itemized data are missing and the data are unreasonable. There are some problems in itemized data. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the task of using energy simulation software to assist in the audit of building energy in hospital. By comparing the actual investigation data, the parameters of the simulation software are set up. In order to explore the energy-saving effect of night ventilation technology in transitional season, different ventilation strategies and times of ventilation at night were set up, and the energy consumption model of DeST was established based on the energy audit of exploring the potential of energy saving. By comparing the characteristic values of DeST simulation software output, the energy saving effect and the potential of energy saving can be verified by comparing the different ventilation time periods. The results show that, The use of night ventilation technology can effectively reduce the air conditioning load of the next day, improve indoor comfort, simplify the model properly, can effectively shorten the calculation time, To improve the efficiency of using the simulation software, the energy consumption simulation can be used to quantitatively verify the energy saving scheme, to supplement the lack of some original data, and to effectively assist the energy audit work.
