基于BIM的项目管理计划体系集成研究

【摘要】：建筑业作为我国传统产业,对拉动国民经济高速增长起到重要作用。随着建设项目规模不断扩大,项目建设周期越来越长、涉及的参与方和管理要素越来越多,使得沟通传递的信息量也越来越大。而传统的建设项目管理模式下,项目建设各阶段相对独立、各参与方相互分离、各项管理内容比较分散,造成了信息孤岛、信息断层、信息漏斗等现象层出不穷,严重地降低了建设项目管理的效率和水平。项目管理计划作为信息管理的重要手段,对项目整体目标的实现关键作用。项目管理计划具有动态性,计划会随着项目建设和环境变化而变化。同时项目管理计划具有复杂性和全面性,几乎每个管理内容都有相应的计划,每个参与方都有相应的项目计划,这些项目计划之间都是相互关联的,任何一类或一方计划的变动都会引起其他类或其他参与方计划的变动,这就意味着计划管理必然要往集成的方向发展。论文首先从进度、质量、成本、组织、风险、安全等管理内容方面对项目管理计划进行归纳总结。通过研究BIM技术在项目计划管理和建设项目集成管理中的应用,确定了BIM技术在项目管理计划体系集成管理中应用的必要性,并且指出了WBS在项目管理计划和BIM平台的链接中起到的关键作用。在上述研究的基础上,引入集成理论,从全寿命期周期计划集成、各参与方计划集成、各项管理要素计划集成三个角度出发,建立了基于BIM的项目管理计划体系集成框架,表明了各参与方如何在BIM协同管理平台下,实现计划编制、计划优化、计划监测、计划对比、计划调整等计划项目管理的动态管理过程,并指出其可视化、共享化和协同化的优势。本文还引入BIM中心概念,构建了基于BIM的集成组织结构,并从合同约束、治理机制和激励机制三个方面探讨了基于BIM的协同组织机制。结合IFC标准、SQL数据库等设计了基于BIM的计划集成管理系统的技术实现方式,为基于BIM的项目管理计划体系集成的实现奠定组织基础和技术基础。本文将建设项目集成管理落脚到“项目管理计划”这一点上,为建设项目信息集成提供了新的视角,也为建设项目集成管理的现实应用提供了组织和技术指导。
[Abstract]:As the traditional industry of our country, the construction industry plays an important role in stimulating the rapid growth of the national economy. With the expansion of the scale of the construction project, the construction period of the project is becoming longer and longer, involving more and more participants and management elements. Under the traditional construction project management mode, each stage of the project construction is relatively independent, the participants are separated from each other, each management content is relatively scattered, resulting in isolated information island, information fault, The phenomenon of information funnel emerges in endlessly, which seriously reduces the efficiency and level of construction project management. As an important means of information management, project management plan plays a key role in the realization of the overall goal of the project. The project management plan is dynamic. The plan changes as the project builds and the environment changes. At the same time, the project management plan is complex and comprehensive, with almost every management element having a corresponding plan, and each participant has a corresponding project plan. These project plans are related to each other, and changes in any type or one of the plans will lead to changes in the plans of other classes or other participants, which means that the management of the project must develop in the direction of integration. Quality, cost, organization, risk, safety and other aspects of the management of the project management plan are summarized. Through the study of BIM technology in project planning management and construction project integrated management, The necessity of the application of BIM technology in the integrated management of the project management planning system is determined, and the key role of WBS in the link between the project management plan and the BIM platform is pointed out. On the basis of the above research, the integration theory is introduced. From three angles of life cycle planning integration, participants planning integration, and management element planning integration, an integrated framework of project management planning system based on BIM is established, which shows how each participant is integrated under the BIM collaborative management platform. The dynamic management process of planning project management, such as plan preparation, plan optimization, plan monitoring, plan contrast, plan adjustment and so on, is realized, and the advantages of visualization, sharing and collaboration are pointed out. The concept of BIM center is also introduced in this paper. The integration organization structure based on BIM is constructed, and from the contract constraints, This paper discusses the cooperative organization mechanism based on BIM from three aspects of governance mechanism and incentive mechanism, and designs the technical realization method of plan integrated management system based on BIM combined with IFC standard and SQL database. This paper lays an organizational and technical foundation for the realization of project management planning system integration based on BIM. This paper puts the construction project integrated management into "project management plan", which provides a new perspective for the construction project information integration. It also provides organization and technical guidance for the practical application of integrated management of construction projects.
