张弦门式刚架力学性能分析

【摘要】:随着经济的发展、新材料出现和新技术的发明,门式刚架轻型钢结构的运用范围不断扩展。现在,跨度超过30m的门式刚架轻型钢结构建筑已很常见。虽然门式刚架轻型钢结构具有自重轻、传力简明、施工安装方便、抗震性能较好等优点,但也存在承载力低、刚度弱等缺点,特别是当跨度增大后,其承载力和刚度减弱非常明显,失去了门式刚架结构的优越性。本文通过在门式刚架的斜梁下方增加钢索与撑杆,钢索连接在斜梁端并施加预应力,将普通门式刚架结构变成"张弦门式刚架结构"。由于在结构中施加了预应力,不但可以提高结构的承载力和刚度,还可以适当增大结构的跨度,有利于轻型门式刚架结构的发展和应用。当门式刚架斜梁采用张弦结构形式后,其结构性能大为改善。从受力角度分析,普通门式刚架随着跨度的增大,梁柱内力峰值越来越大,要求截面也越来越大。而对于张弦门式刚架结构,由于张弦的预应力作用,通过撑杆向斜梁施加了一个向上的力,这样的技术调整会改善斜梁的内力分布,减小其内力峰值和斜梁挠度,从而减小斜梁截面或增大结构跨度。同时,张弦中的拉力,还可以改善门式刚架柱顶端受力情况,有利于门式刚架柱的设计。本文应用几何非线性有限元分析理论,结合实际工程运用,对张弦门式刚架轻型钢结构进行较系统的结构性能分析,比较了普通门式刚架和张弦门式刚架两种结构体系的优缺点,并对张弦门式刚架结构设计参数进行了优化比较,研究工作对张弦门式刚架结构的工程应用有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the emergence of new materials and the invention of new technology, the scope of application of light steel structure of portal frame is expanding. Light steel structures with span of more than 30 m are very common. Although the light steel structures of portal frames have the advantages of light weight, simple force transfer, convenient installation and good seismic performance, they also have the disadvantages of low bearing capacity and weak stiffness, etc. Especially when the span increases, the bearing capacity and stiffness of the portal frame structure decrease obviously, and the superiority of the portal frame structure is lost. In this paper, the cable is connected at the end of the oblique beam and the prestressing force is applied by adding steel cable and bracing rod under the oblique beam of the portal frame. The ordinary portal frame structure is changed into "Zhang Xian portal frame structure". By applying prestress to the structure, not only the bearing capacity and stiffness of the structure can be increased, but also the span of the structure can be appropriately increased. It is beneficial to the development and application of light portal frame structure. When the oblique beam of portal frame adopts Zhang Xian structure, its structural performance is greatly improved. From the point of view of force, the common portal frame increases with the span. The peak value of Liang Zhu's internal force is increasing, and the section required is also becoming larger and larger. And for Zhang Xian's portal frame structure, due to the prestressing force of Zhang Xian, an upward force is exerted through the braced syncline beam. Such technical adjustment will improve the internal force distribution of the oblique beam, reduce its peak internal force and deflection of the inclined beam, thereby reducing the cross-section of the oblique beam or increasing the span of the structure. At the same time, the tension in Zhang Xian can also improve the stress on the top of the portal frame column. In this paper, the geometrical nonlinear finite element analysis theory is used to analyze the structural performance of Zhang Xian portal frame light steel structure by using the theory of geometric nonlinear finite element analysis and practical engineering application. The merits and demerits of the common portal frame and Zhang Xian portal frame are compared, and the structural design parameters of Zhang Xian portal frame are optimized and compared. The research work has a certain reference value for the engineering application of Zhang Xian portal frame structure.
