料浆黏度对铝粉气泡稳定性的影响

【摘要】:采用羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)溶液来模拟蒸压加气混凝土料浆,并测试了HPMC溶液黏度,研究了溶液黏度和NaOH质量分数对铝粉气泡稳定性的影响.结果表明:HPMC溶液黏度与HPMC质量分数呈幂函数关系;溶液黏度增加,有利于铝粉气泡的生成和稳定,直到达到溶液黏度临界值;增加NaOH质量分数将提高铝粉发气速度,但过高的NaOH质量分数会加速气泡的合并和破裂,因此NaOH质量分数存在一个最佳值.
[Abstract]:The hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether (HPMC) solution to simulate the autoclaved aerated concrete slurry, and tested the HPMC viscosity of the solution and the effect of solution viscosity and NaOH mass fraction of aluminum bubble stability. The results show that the viscosity of HPMC solution with the mass fraction of HPMC is a power function; the viscosity of the solution increased, with the formation and stabilization for aluminum bubble, the viscosity of the solution until it reaches the critical value; increasing the mass fraction of NaOH will improve the speed of powder gas, but the mass fraction of NaOH is too high will accelerate consolidation and rupture of bubbles, the mass fraction of NaOH has a best value.
