海绵城市雨洪基础设施规划途径初探

【摘要】:近些年快速城镇化导致我国很多城市旱内涝频发,与"速排"相反,一些国内学者提出城市雨水资源化。随着"海绵城市"的推行,城市雨洪基础设施规划尤显重要,但目前我国相关研究仍较缺乏。从城市规划层面探讨了雨洪基础设施空间布局的规划方法途径,首先综合分析城市水文、地形、土地利用现状及其他专项规划,把控多层次"灰色"与"绿色"雨水基础设施的耦合关系:其次依据不同层次需求归纳"雨水促渗截留型"、"雨水调蓄;争化型"、"综合功能型"三大类绿色雨水基础设施的应用途径,以期为海绵城市建设提供参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, rapid urbanization has led to frequent drought and waterlogging in many cities in China. Contrary to "rapid discharge", some domestic scholars have proposed that urban Rain Water be used as a resource. With the implementation of "Sponge City", urban rain flood infrastructure planning is particularly important. However, there is still a lack of relevant research in China. From the level of urban planning, this paper discusses the ways of planning the spatial layout of rain and flood infrastructure. Firstly, it comprehensively analyzes the urban hydrology, topography, land use status and other special planning. The coupling relationship between "gray" and "green" Rain Water infrastructure is analyzed: secondly, according to different levels of demand, "Rain Water impelled seepage and retention", "Rain Water regulation"; In order to provide reference for the construction of sponge city, three kinds of green Rain Water infrastructure should be applied.
