融合城市设计的控规分图则表达优化研究

【摘要】：城市建设经过半个多世纪的发展,已经开始了从大拆大建向精细化控制管理转变的过程。在这样的时代背景下,对城市建设品质有直接影响的城市设计越来越受到规划人员的重视。但就目前而言,城市设计的地位却非常尴尬,贯穿规划的各个层次却没有法律效力,难以有效控制城市建设的品质,由此开始了对控规与城市设计融合的不断探索。文章首先从控规与城市设计融合的研究背景、研究目的、研究范围和研究方法出发,对国内外相关研究动态进行理论层面和实践层面的经验总结,为接下来的研究提供有益借鉴。其次,从控规层面分析城市设计中存在的问题,突出问题导向的研究方法,从控规与城市设计的关系和融合模式入手,探讨控规层面城市设计中存在的问题,为接下来的对策研究提供针对性。结合以上分析,对控规分图则的城市设计表达进行优化研究。将城市设计融入控规分图则中,并在控规层面对城市设计进行内容优化和表达优化。内容优化包括内容体系构建和具体内容完善;表达优化包括表达方式的优化和成果的图则化表达。最后,以长岛县北长山乡北城片区为实证研究,探讨控规分图则的表达优化。从长岛县北长山乡北城片区控规的背景介绍入手,将北城片区划分为一般控制区、生态控制区和重点控制区,以重点控制区中的商业中心片区为例,分别编制城市空间环境、城市建筑形态、城市环境设施三个方面的图则成果,作为控规分图则成果的有益补充。
[Abstract]:After more than half a century of development, urban construction has begun the process of transforming from large scale demolition and construction to fine control management. Under this background of the times, Urban design, which has a direct impact on the quality of urban construction, has been paid more and more attention by planners. But at present, the status of urban design is very awkward and there is no legal effect at all levels of planning. It is difficult to control the quality of urban construction effectively, so it begins to explore the integration of control and urban design. Firstly, this paper starts with the research background, research purpose, research scope and research methods of the integration of urban planning and control planning. The theoretical and practical aspects of the relevant research at home and abroad are summarized to provide a useful reference for the next research. Secondly, the problems in urban design are analyzed from the control and planning level, highlighting the problem-oriented research methods. Starting from the relationship between control and urban design and the integration model, the paper discusses the problems existing in urban design at the level of control and planning, and provides pertinence for the following countermeasures. This paper studies the optimization of the urban design expression of the control plan, integrates the urban design into the control plan, and optimizes the content and expression of the urban design at the level of control and planning. The content optimization includes the construction of the content system and the improvement of the concrete content. The expression optimization includes the optimization of the expression mode and the plan expression of the results. Finally, taking the Beichang Mountain Township Beicheng District of Changdao County as an empirical study, From the background introduction of Beicheng District Control Planning in Beichang Mountain Township of Changdao County, Beicheng District is divided into general control area, ecological control area and key control area. Taking the commercial center area in the key control area as an example, the plan results of three aspects of urban space environment, urban building form and urban environmental facilities are worked out respectively, which can be used as a useful supplement to the plan achievement of control and planning.
