传统民居建筑文化影响下农村小微型产业建筑设计研究

【摘要】：由于传统民居建筑文化的消失殆尽和小微型产业建筑的兴起,本文通过提炼传统民居建筑文化的现代价值,挖掘其与农村小微型产业建筑的契合点,探究切实可行的传承策略。笔者在河北、上海实习并参与了农村小微型产业建筑项目。本文从注重传承与更新、“相地立基”、尊重地域特点等角度展开。本文首先界定农村小微型产业建筑概念,介绍传统民居的发展作用要素、传统民居逻辑(自然、能力、人文三种因素协同进步)、其对现代建筑的拯救(可繁殖性、先天群衍性、精神功能)以及传统民居的利用价值,如本文探究的实例就发掘了传统“布袋院”民居的价值,从社会因素看,其深厚的冀商文化强调商住两用功能,正好符合本课题的商业性;从狭长形制看,节省用地适合小微型特点。通过以上基础的研究,从而为传承策略提供了理论支持。我们要明确村镇产业结构,注重迎合周边环境等外部因素以及自身功能特点、村民生活习性等内部因素,结合重复、变形、简化、暗示、更新、融合等手法。通过小微型产业建筑平面功能特点传承传统民居平面构成元素(“厅”、“间”、“廊”、“院”),以及传承建筑空间手法(渗透性、对比、围合、比例尺度、类地面空间),并应用韵律、均衡、比例、分解重构等技法提取传统造型构成要素(平顶、坡顶、窗、山墙、瓦、廊),注重建筑材料的因地制宜、就地取材。在建筑结构方面,应保留地域历史形态切片,进行体量和空间设计,同时考虑室内舒适度和造型。我们不仅应该传承“以人为本”等建筑思想,还应将传统民居建筑的功能布局、空间、造型、结构、材料等进行简化、提取文化符码后植存到农村小微型产业建筑当中。本文的创新点:(1)对“农村小微型产业建筑”这一概念的界定可被视为一种创新。(2)研究居住、生产(厂房空间和抽象空间)、销售三位一体空间与传统民居建筑文化相结合,目前研究此类型的文献甚少。本课题以搭建文化与产业之间优良合作平台的思路发展前景可观。农村有很多生产、消费价值如文化、特产、景观等,应激活产业结构使其最大化,根据地域特色认清自身发展特点,就地取材,重用当地工匠。本课题适合多种人群,如中低收入村民在自家经营打点以及投资人群(可住、可售、可租、置业风险小)。现今各种“新空村”层出不穷,本文通过带动村镇经济、缓解农民就业、增进生活质量、改善种田等单一生产力,让农民靠自己劳动富裕起来并可持续发展下去。
[Abstract]:Because of the disappearance of the traditional residential building culture and the rise of the small industrial architecture, this paper, by refining the modern value of the traditional residential building culture, excavates its confluence with the rural small and micro industrial architecture. Explore practical inheritance strategies. The author is in Hebei, Shanghai practice and participate in the rural small and micro industrial construction project. This paper focuses on inheritance and renewal, "the foundation of the ground," respect for regional characteristics and so on. First, this paper defines the concept of rural small and micro industrial architecture. This paper introduces the elements of the development of traditional folk houses, the logic of traditional houses (nature, ability and humanity), the rescue of modern architecture (reproduction, innate group, spiritual function) and the utilization value of traditional houses. For example, the examples explored in this paper excavate the value of the traditional "cloth bag Yuan" folk houses. From the social factors, its profound culture of Hebei and Shang emphasizes the function of commercial and residential use, which is exactly in line with the commercial nature of this subject. Land saving is suitable for small and micro characteristics. Through the above basic research, it provides theoretical support for inheritance strategy. We should clarify the industrial structure of villages and towns, pay attention to external factors such as the surrounding environment and their own functional characteristics. Villagers' living habits and other internal factors, combined with repetition, deformation, simplification, suggestion, renewal, Traditional residential plane elements ("hall", "space", "corridor", "courtyard") and architectural spatial techniques (permeability, contrast, enclosure, scale, etc.) are transmitted through the features of plane function of small and micro industrial buildings, such as: "hall", "interspace", "corridor", "courtyard", and so on. Using techniques such as rhythm, balance, proportion, decomposition and reconstruction to extract the elements of traditional modeling (flat roof, slope top, window, gable, tile, corridor, etc.), pay attention to local conditions of building materials, and select materials from the ground. We should keep the slice of historical form of the region, carry out the volume and space design, and consider the indoor comfort and shape at the same time. We should not only inherit the architectural thought such as "people-oriented", but also put the function layout, space and shape of the traditional residential building into practice. The structure, materials and so on are simplified, and the cultural code is extracted and stored in the small and micro industrial buildings in rural areas. The innovative point of this paper is: 1) the definition of the concept of "small and micro industrial buildings in rural areas" can be regarded as a kind of innovation. Production (workshop space and abstract space, sales trinity space and traditional residential architecture culture, At present, there is very little literature on this type of research. The development prospect of this subject is considerable to build a good cooperation platform between culture and industry. There are a lot of production in rural areas, consumption value such as culture, specialty, landscape, etc. We should activate the industrial structure to maximize it, recognize their own development characteristics according to their regional characteristics, draw materials from local sources, and reuse local craftsmen. This topic is suitable for a variety of people, such as low and middle income villagers who manage their own businesses and invest in them. Nowadays, a variety of "new empty villages" emerge in endlessly. This article promotes the economy of villages and towns, alleviates the peasants' employment, improves the quality of life, and improves the single productive forces, such as farming, etc. Let farmers work on their own to become rich and sustainable development.
