呼伦贝尔西山国家森林公园低碳设计

【摘要】:中国森林公园建设情况正在呈倾斜直线的形式上升,在森林公园建设领域研究低碳设计是广泛传播低碳思想的有效途径,更是推动环境改善的一股巨大的力量。呼伦贝尔西山国家森林公园的地理位置,决定了它既要充当市民与周边自然环境之间的最佳纽带,又要为当地居民提供休闲、娱乐、放松最佳去处。结合森林公园目前存在的种种不合理、高碳的开发建设利用等问题,本文通过查阅文献,对比国内外研究现状,在概念上采用递进式的推演方法,归纳总结出了低碳景观设计的概念;在项目上采用实地考察,听取经验等方法对呼伦贝尔西山国家森林公园低碳设计做了以下探讨:前期策划:结合区块目前的发展现状,针对性的提出要合理评估现有景观的低碳性,有选择性地保留符合低碳标准的景观,对于违背低碳理念的景观加以梳理、整合和整改;通过建设慢行系统来对绿色出行发出低碳邀请,提倡绿色出行;对临近城市界面的景观加以整合,增强其参与性,使景观充分被利用而不至被浪费;景观设计:从远景、目标、原则等方面对森林公园进行合理的定位,制定低碳设计方案,在儿童游憩区设计了旱溪和景观沙坑,充分利用景观原材料来满足低碳设计的要求,同时保证孩子玩耍的安全性和趣味性;在滨水观鸟区,将人的参与行为隐蔽处理,不对鸟类的生活构成干扰和威胁;在园区中设计了骑行绿道和健身步道,充分回应低碳的设计理念;施工:重点结合当地冬季漫长而寒冷,夏季凉爽且时间较短,春、夏、秋三季较为集中,热量不足,昼夜温差比较大,霜冻较早,无霜期短,雨热同期的气候条件,对施工建设过程的影响作出相应的调整方案,在植物种植过程中,即当年土地霜冻之前挖好树坑,来年种树,后年成活;采用石灰砂浆代替水泥砂浆,从而保证砖块、石头的二次利用;学习欧洲的做法,在砂质上铺路取代在混凝土地上铺路,保证低碳性性与可行性;用高反射的铺装材料以求达到减少地面辐射的作用;管理运营:从软环境出发,考虑影响低碳思想推行的各项因素,并给出相应的解决办法,即低碳理念的不断推行离不开政府制度的支持,需要森林公园的不断践行,更需要我们每一位公民的共同努力。综上所述,本文大胆的在森林公园的建设中融入低碳设计思想,并针对呼伦贝尔西山国家森林公园低碳建设找到符合其发展的方法和措施,为未来森林公园的低碳建设提供了理论和实践两方面都提供了借鉴。
[Abstract]:The situation of forest park construction in China is rising in a sloping straight line. Studying low-carbon design in the field of forest park construction is an effective way to widely disseminate low-carbon thinking. The location of the Hulunbeir National Forest Park determines that it should not only serve as the best link between citizens and the surrounding natural environment, but also provide leisure and entertainment for local residents. The best place to relax. Combined with the problems existing in the forest park, such as unreasonable, development and utilization of high carbon, this paper, by referring to the literature, comparing the current research situation at home and abroad, adopts the progressive deduction method in concept. The concept of low carbon landscape design is summarized, and the following discussions are made on the low-carbon design of Hulunbeir National Forest Park by using the methods of field investigation and listening to experience in the project: early stage planning: combining with the current development situation of the block, The aim of this paper is to evaluate the low carbon character of the existing landscape, to keep the landscape in accordance with the low carbon standard selectively, and to sort out, integrate and rectify the landscape that violates the concept of low carbon. Low carbon invitation to green travel through the construction of slow moving systems, promotion of green travel; integration and participation of the landscape near the urban interface, so that the landscape is fully utilized without being wasted; landscape design: from the perspective, the goal, Principles and other aspects of the reasonable positioning of forest parks, the formulation of low carbon design plan, in children's recreation areas designed a dry stream and landscape sand pits, the full use of landscape raw materials to meet the requirements of low-carbon design, At the same time, the children are guaranteed to play safely and interestingly; in the waterfront bird watching area, the human participation behavior is concealed, which does not interfere with or threaten the life of the birds; and the park has designed a green track and a fitness track for riding. Fully respond to the low carbon design concept; Construction: focus on the local winter long and cold, summer cool and shorter time, spring, summer, autumn three seasons more concentrated, insufficient heat, day and night temperature difference is large, frost is early, frost is short, The climatic conditions during the same period of rain and heat make corresponding adjustment schemes for the influence of construction and construction process. In the process of plant planting, that is, digging tree pits before the frost of the land in the current year, planting trees in the coming year and surviving in the following years, lime mortar is used instead of cement mortar. In order to ensure the secondary use of bricks and stones; learn the European practice of paving on sand instead of paving on concrete to ensure low carbon and feasibility; using highly reflective paving materials to achieve the role of reducing radiation on the ground; Management and operation: from the soft environment, consider the factors that affect the implementation of low-carbon thinking, and give corresponding solutions, that is, the continuous implementation of low-carbon concept can not be separated from the support of the government system, and need the continuous practice of forest parks. In summary, this paper boldly integrates low-carbon design ideas into the construction of forest parks, and finds methods and measures suitable for the development of Hulunbeir National Forest Park. It provides both theoretical and practical reference for the future low-carbon construction of forest parks.
