液压活塞式混凝土输送泵防堵机构的设计与分析

【摘要】:混凝土输送泵因满足当前国内提出的节能减排、绿色环保、高效工作等要求,在建设工程施工中得到广泛应用,但在泵送施工中经常出现的堵塞,会影响工程进度和质量,需要亟待解决。为解决泵送施工中出现的堵塞问题,本文分析混凝土在流道流动时发生堵塞的机理,设计一种防堵机构来实现混凝土的顺畅泵送。首先,分析了泵送混凝土堵塞的机理,参考液压活塞式混凝土输送泵的相关技术参数,完成防堵机构中各关键构成元件的设计。运用ANSYS Workbench软件分析防堵机构中主要传动元件在泵送施工状态下的受力情况;分析结果表明,滚珠丝杠副的应力、应变均在泵送施工的安全使用范围内。此外,从提高混凝土泵送机械效率的角度出发,运用MATLAB对防堵机构中螺旋叶片的螺距进行优化设计,提高混凝土泵送效率。其次,根据流体流变原理,研究混凝土流体的运动特征。由混凝土的流动特征以及多相流数值模拟理论,建立适合泵送混凝土多相流的数值模型。选用FLUENT流体模拟软件,模拟添加防堵机构前、后混凝土输送缸内的流场,并对模拟结果进行对比分析。分析结果表明,添加防堵机构后混凝土输送缸内流场分布更均匀。最后,通过理论计算,分析了防堵机构中S管道几何参数的改变对压力损失和混凝土流动特性的影响。根据混凝土的泵送理论,构建S管道内流体的数值模型,并结合正交试验优化设计法,在FLUENT软件中保持边界条件不变,对模型进行多次数值模拟,实现S管道各几何参数的优化设计。将优化前后数值模拟结果进行对比分析,分析结果表明,优化后S管道内混凝土流场分布均匀,压力损失明显减小,保证混凝土流体流动的顺畅性,降低混凝土堵塞S管道的可能性。
[Abstract]:Concrete pump is widely used in construction because it meets the requirements of energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency and so on, but the blockage that often appears in pumping construction will affect the progress and quality of the project.It needs to be solved urgently.In order to solve the problem of blockage in pumping construction, this paper analyzes the mechanism of blockage in flow of concrete channel, and designs a kind of anti-blocking mechanism to realize smooth pumping of concrete.Firstly, the mechanism of the pump concrete blockage is analyzed, and the key components of the anti-blocking mechanism are designed by referring to the relevant technical parameters of the hydraulic piston concrete conveying pump.Using ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the stress of the main transmission elements in the anti-plugging mechanism under the pumping construction condition, and the analysis results show that the stress and strain of the ball screw pair are all within the safe application range of the pumping construction.In addition, in order to improve the mechanical efficiency of concrete pumping, MATLAB is used to optimize the pitch of the screw blade in the anti-plugging mechanism to improve the efficiency of concrete pumping.Secondly, according to the principle of fluid rheology, the movement characteristics of concrete fluid are studied.Based on the flow characteristics of concrete and the numerical simulation theory of multiphase flow, a numerical model suitable for pumping concrete multiphase flow is established.FLUENT fluid simulation software was used to simulate the flow field in the concrete conveying cylinder before and after adding the anti-plugging mechanism, and the simulation results were compared and analyzed.The results show that the distribution of flow field in the concrete conveying tank is more uniform.Finally, the influence of the geometric parameters of S pipeline on the pressure loss and the flow characteristics of concrete is analyzed by theoretical calculation.According to the pumping theory of concrete, the numerical model of the fluid in S pipeline is constructed, and combined with the orthogonal test optimization design method, the boundary condition is kept unchanged in FLUENT software, and the model is numerically simulated many times.The optimum design of the geometric parameters of S pipeline is realized.The numerical simulation results before and after optimization are compared and analyzed. The results show that the flow field of concrete in S pipeline is uniform, the pressure loss is obviously reduced, and the smooth flow of concrete fluid is ensured.Reduce the possibility of concrete blocking S pipes.
