建筑信息模型与工程项目管理数据的关联及应用研究

【摘要】：目前随着现代大型复杂工程项目的兴建,建设周期长、参建单位多、信息量大等特点使得工程项目的管理难度大大增加,传统的工程项目管理方式已很难适应新形势下建筑行业的精细化、信息化的发展需求。近几年随着BIM技术的快速发展和应用,BIM被认为是引领建设领域的又一次信息革命。BIM是一个包含丰富数据,面向对象的具有智能化和参数化特点的建筑设施的数字化表示,BIM模型中包含有几何、物理和空间等基本信息,这些基本信息为工程项目管理提供了信息基础,将BIM技术应用到传统项目管理过程中,其实就是要解决传统项目管理数据与BIM数据的关联问题。本研究基于此,集成BIM技术、数据库技术及项目管理软件MS Project,构建了一个基于BIM的工程项目管理系统。该系统按照施工工序的要求建立项目任务,并根据模型构件施工所需的材料资源的施工工艺不同来区别任务;然后为任务配置造价库资源,通过提取任务关联模型构件的几何属性参数,根据资源数据的计量单位要求获取任务资源的配置量。最后将获取的任务信息存储到Access数据库和项目管理软件MS Project中,实现传统项目管理数据与BIM数据的链接,将BIM技术应用到传统工程项目管理中。由于建设项目在实际施工过程中存在许多不确定性因素,这些不确定性因素的存在往往引起任务信息的改变,因此该系统能够实现对任务信息的实时联动更新,提高工程项目的精细化、信息化管理水平。研究最后结合工程实例验证了基于BIM的工程项目管理系统的可行性及可靠性。实际应用表明,本研究通过系统获取的任务信息能够为工程项目管理提供准确必要的工程信息,从而有助于项目管理者做出及时正确的管理决策。
[Abstract]:At present, with the construction of large and complex modern engineering projects, the long construction period, the large number of participating units and the large amount of information, the management difficulty of engineering projects has been greatly increased.The traditional engineering project management has been difficult to meet the needs of the construction industry in the new situation.With the rapid development and application of BIM technology in recent years, it is considered to be another information revolution leading the construction field.The object oriented digital representation model of building facilities with intelligent and parameterized characteristics contains basic information of geometry, physics and space, which provides the information basis for engineering project management.The application of BIM technology to traditional project management is to solve the problem of connection between traditional project management data and BIM data.Based on this, a project project management system based on BIM is constructed by integrating BIM technology, database technology and project management software MS Project.The system establishes the project task according to the requirements of the construction procedure, and distinguishes the task according to the construction technology of the material resources needed for the construction of the model component, and then allocates the cost library resources for the task.By extracting the geometric attribute parameters of the component of the task association model, the configuration of the task resource is obtained according to the unit of measurement of the resource data.Finally, the obtained task information is stored in the Access database and the project management software MS Project to link the traditional project management data with the BIM data, and the BIM technology is applied to the traditional engineering project management.Because there are many uncertain factors in the actual construction process, these uncertainty factors often cause the change of the task information, so the system can realize the real-time linkage update of the task information.Improve the engineering project refinement, information management level.Finally, the feasibility and reliability of the project project management system based on BIM are verified with engineering examples.The practical application shows that the task information obtained in this study can provide accurate and necessary engineering information for engineering project management, which is helpful for project managers to make timely and correct management decisions.
