结构改进法在悬臂长深调压井中结构分析研究

【摘要】:针对调压井结构向体型巨大化、地质条件多样化、受力条件复杂化发展的方向,通过建立变形协调方程、对传统结构力学改进形成结构改进法,并与有限元法、传统结构力学法计算结果进行对比,研究表明结构改进法计算结果与传统结构力学、有限元法计算的调压井内力分布规律基本一致,且结构改进法更易于手工计算、方便快捷,结果误差在5%以内,可满足结构设计需要,从总体分析可知结构改进法切实可行。对于下部埋置于岩土中、上部悬臂的调压井结构进行分析研究,给出了相应的计算改进思路,可为以后此种体型的设计提供新的计算方法。
[Abstract]:In view of the tendency of the structure of the pressure well to be large, the geological conditions are diversified, and the stress condition is complicated, by establishing the deformation coordination equation, the structural improvement method is formed for the traditional structural mechanics improvement method and the finite element method is used.The results of traditional structural mechanics method are compared. The results show that the calculation results of structural improvement method are basically consistent with those of traditional structural mechanics, and the internal force distribution law of pressure regulating wells calculated by finite element method is basically the same, and the structure improvement method is more convenient and convenient for manual calculation.Results the error is less than 5%, which can meet the needs of structural design.The structure of the pressure regulating well with the upper cantilever and the lower part buried in the rock and soil is analyzed and studied, and the corresponding calculation improvement ideas are given, which can provide a new calculation method for the design of this kind of shape in the future.
